@@maxrusty3596 bruh not sure what your day was cuz I'm pretty sure that never happened. Top tiers in older games were much more fucked up then they are now, games were just less optimized then. Tier lists were based entirely on local knowledge and were thus always ill informed. Blame players for being much better and knowledgeable these days
@@jreut09 people have rose coloured glasses on and heads filled with disingenuous comments. You're absolutely right, stuff that took months or even years to develop in older games is figured out in a week thanks to info sharing and ease of access. Then people talk about lack of depth like the issue isn't their own lack of understanding but rather the games fault.
I think Ky, Sin and Potemkin are bottom 3, Ino, Faust et Milia are close. But I think the game is so balance it doesn't matter that much. Bottom 6 character can take some set on top 6 character
He can spend 1/3 of it to follow up any of his special moves. The overhead, dp, and beak driver (the big stab) all get a follow up attack you can spend the bar on. You can also spend it to do a command dash after these moves as well.
