IZ*ONE and WIZ*ONE all gangsta till Eunbi cries, then we all break down. But seriously, Eunbi is truly the only leader for IZ*ONE. You can tell how much they love and appreciate everything she does for them. She protects them, she tries to carry the burden of leading them alone, she listens to all their worries, Yujin even mentioned how Eunbi talks to each member differently to not hurt the feelings of the more sensitive members like Yujin and how she appreciated that, Eunbi also tries to remember all their fave things and gets it for them, she cleans up their messes without complaints, she makes sure each member gets exposure and she always hypes them up, even the songs she composed has a great line distribution. She's strict when she needs to be but she also gets along well with all the members and is very playful with all of them. You can also feel how much she adores and cares for them with how she talks about them, but she still feels like she's not doing enough and feels guilty. She's not just IZ*ONE's leader, she's their mom, and the members have even called her that on several occasions. Hyewon also shared that Eunbi's the member that makes her cry and that they can handle other members crying but when Eunbi cries, they all end up crying. No one loves IZ*ONE more than Eunbi and no one loves Eunbi more than IZ*ONE. She's their pillar.

권은비의 눈물은 정말 농도가 짙은 눈물이다..지난 힘들었던 세 달 동안 한 두명도 아니고 11명 챙기려면 얼마나 힘들었을까. 그리고 얼마나 잘 챙겼으면 하나같이 동생들도 다 언니를 생각하는 마음이 저렇게 이쁠까.. 26살이면 그래도 사회에선 어린나이인데 그 와중에 어린애들 사이에서 리더 역할 하느라 수고 많았어요 권리더!!

많이 힘들었지 은비야 아직 너도 많은 나이가 아니고 사회로 치면 초년생 막 벗어났을 나이밖에 안됐는데 굉장히 힘든 짐을 진것도 모자라 남들은 겪지도 않을 일까지 겪었으니 너가 리더로서 얼마나 힘들었을지 상상도 되지 않아 고통 슬픔 무게감과 책임감이 한꺼번에 밀려오고 언제 끝날지 모를 일들에 좌절하고 절망했을텐데 다시금 딛고 멤버들 잘 이끌고 컴백해주니 내가 다 고맙구나 단언코 장담할 수 있는 것은 모든 고통은 지나갈거라는 것 세월이 지나 잊히지는 않아도 희미해지고 자그마한 상처로 남아 약간의 아픔은 주겠지만 지금은 들여다보고 싶지도 않을 그 상처가 자주 쳐다봐도 아무렇지도 않을 상처가 되는 날이 분명히 오니까 남은 활동 용기내서 잘 마무리 해 주었으면 좋겠구나 물론 너희 말대로 영원히 볼 수 있다면 너무나도 좋겠고!!! 지금껏 잘 헤쳐나온 은비와 멤버들에게 감사한 마음 전하며 앞으로 더 잘해나갈 것임을 믿어 의심치 않아서 크게 걱정은 안해 오늘의 눈물로 많은 상처들을 치유하고 앞으로 더 즐겁게 지내길 진심으로 바랄께 나도 처음으로 한마디 해보자 사랑한다 은비야 사랑한다 쿠라 혜원 예나 채연 채원 민주 유리 히토미 나코 원영 유진이 너희곁에는 항상 위즈원이 있어 알지?

제가 나이가 많아서 그런지 몰라도.. 제가 보기엔 은비도 진짜 아기임... 아이즈원이 워낙 아이들 연령대가 어린 나이대라 그나마 은비가 제일 언니라 책임감과 그런것들이 말할수 없을거 같아요 더구나 조작논란도 있었기에 더 마음이 힘들었을거 같아여 아이즈원 멤버들 자체는 다들 착하고 잘 따르고 잘지내서 사실 그런 문제는 어쩌면 크지않을지 몰라요... 어른들이 나쁜거예요.. 은비야 힘내! ㅜㅜ

난 아이즈원 팬까지는 아니고 호감이 있어서 그냥 좀 관심있게 지켜보는 남자사람임 다른 그룹들도 리더 자리는 다 똑같이 힘들겠지 근데 내가 어디서 듣기론 아이즈원은 기존 소속사의 매니지먼트 포기 선언으로 인해 다른 회사가 맡게 되었는데 공식 아티스트 등록도 안되어있고 소속사에서 케어도 애매하게 하다보니 더욱 권은비의 역할이 중요해지게 됐는데 특히 안무 선생님이 기존 안무 수정 및 추가가 있을때만 지도를 했기에 안무 연습 총괄은 오직 권은비 혼자 담당해야했다 본인도 리더가 처음이고 11명 멤버 챙기기도 빠듯한데 안무 연습 총괄까지도 맡으며 엄청난 부담을 느꼈을거고 팬들에게 대중들에게 실망감을 주지 않아야 한다는 압박감이 권은비를 정말 많이 괴롭혔을거다 그런데도 내색도 안하고 팀을 이끌어왔다 권은비 스스로도 저기서 얘기하네 리더 자리가 부담스럽다고.. 저 눈물의 의미와 부담스럽다는 말이 무슨 의미인지 이해가 되니까 마음아팠음 난 딱 30살임 권은비가 그룹에선 맏언니이지만 26살은 사회초년생으로서 거의 막내 나이이고 우리 동생과 동갑인 나이이자 나보다 동생인데도 솔직하게 말하자면 아티스트 딱지떼고 사람 대 사람으로서 정말 존경한다 그 누구라도 권은비 입장이라면 이미 멘탈이 깨진지 오래됐을거임 내가 멘탈이 강해져야하고 내가 약한 모습을 안보여야 힘들어하는 멤버들이 멘탈이 안깨지고 잘할 수 있으니까 그걸 아니까 내색을 안한게 아니라 못했을거임 그러다보니 정작 나 자신은 없는거지 내 고민거리, 내가 힘든거는 누구에게도 털어놓지도 못하고 혼자서 삭히며 자기전에 혼자서 몰래 울기도 하며 지금까지 왔을거임 왕관을 쓴 자, 그 무게를 견뎌라 라는 말이 있다 권은비는 자신이 리더가 처음일텐데도 누구보다 리더라는 무게를 잘 견디고 있고 리더 역할을 잘해주고 있다고 본다 멤버들이 권은비의 이런 노력과 힘듦을 이해하고 있기에 잘 따라주는거 같다 리더의 역할은 정말 중요하다 리더의 멘탈과 태도가 어떠냐에 따라 그 팀의 흥망이 결정된다 옆동네 어떤 그룹은 리더가 그 지경이라서 팀내 분열이 발생했고 지금은 해체위기다 권은비와는 너무나도 비교되는 리더다 아무튼 난 권은비 팬이 될거 같다 아이즈원이라는 그룹을 떼놓고 보더라도 권은비라는 사람은 뭘해도 성공할 사람이라는 느낌이 든다

being a leader, especially for a group that doesn't have a permanent contract, can be burdensome at times, because you don't have as much time compared to normal groups. in eunbi's case, that pile of burden grew bigger when pd48 underwent a huge scandal just before bloom*iz, where x1 faced a total group disbandment. iz*one could have faced this exact same fate, but like an angel from the heavens, were able to continue on & release newer albums for us wizones to listen to and love. eunbi, like everyone else, was unsure of their future, and 3 months, although doesn't sound like much, must have been a huge blow to their hope that they could still promote as a group. yet, to avoid her members seeing her crumble, she had to step up as a leader and conceal her weaknesses to avoid ruining the members' hopes of reaching top success. being a leader is such hard work, and after what iz*one went through, i truly applaud eunbi (as well as iz*one as a whole) for their hard work and determination.

Right:(( the members had a hard time but in Eunbi's case, I think the burden was heavier. She's a member but at the same time, she's also a leader and the oldest member, that's why I think she's the one who had the hardest time, leading a group with 12 members is already hard but it's harder for her because almost half of the members were still minors. That's why I really really respect her the most. It's heartbreaking to see her cry and to hear her say that her leadership is not enough. I'm just glad that the members were there to cheer her up, telling her not to worry too much and that she can also lean on them in times of difficulties:))

아이즈원의 참리더이자 정신적 지주인 은비의 눈물 보고 보는 내내 울컥 했어요ㅜㅜ 힘든시간 버티며 아이들 다독거리며 힘들어도 힘든 내색도 못하고 얼마나 상심이 컷을까요. 그간의 힘들었던 짐은 멤버들에게 조금씩 나누어 주고 이제는 조금 더 많이 웃길 바래요. 짧은시간 컴백 준비하느라 멤버들 너무 고생 많았어요.

활동을 더 못이어간것도 너무나 아쉽지만, 지금 현재 이 친구들이 각자의 자리에서 최선을 다하고 가끔씩 서로 마주치면 끝없는 미소를 지으며 반가움을 표현할때 더욱 희열을 느끼게 되더라구요. 위즈원도 아이즈원도 오히려 일찍끝났기에 이런 그리움도 끝까지 안고갈수있는것이려나.....

I think I know what Eunbi was thinking when she saw the video. As we all know, they're not permanent group and they're going to disband soon. I think she was thinking her future with IZ*ONE. i literally don't see a reason why they shouldn't extend there contract. I'm pretty sure the members would rather stay in izone. There albums always sell well and even the RU-vid views speak for themselves. The only reason why it is going to be difficult is because of the companies agreeing to let them stay. We know how companies only care about the money so as long as the gain money from it then its fine. I think its going to be hard for the Japanese members to stay since they have loyalty towards akb48 i'm not sure how to phrase it. But they promote in japan as well.

내가 생각하기에는 은비는 잘하고 있다 본인 제외 멤버는 무려 11명. 11명 모두가 다른 가치관과 성격, 자라온 환경과 생각 등 ,,조용하게 친근하게 이끌어가는것만 봐도 리더 자격은 충분하고 아직 성인이 되지 않은 친구들도 존재하는데 진짜 대단하다고 생각해요:) 막내랑은 무려 거의 10살가량 차이나는데 10년이라는 세월은 뭐,,,, 언제나 조용히 중심축으로서 탄탄히 잡고 있는거 보면 대견합니다:) 권은비가 한낮 이 댓글을 스쳐볼 가능성은 희박하지만 세상에 100퍼센트의 기계같은 완벽한 사람은 없다는거 좀 알아줫으면 하고 그냥 본인스타일대로 앞으로 남은 몇년간 잘 지탱해주기만 하면 됩니다 다른 멤버들도 마냥 철없고 물정없는 친구들은 아니니 부담가지지 말구요 ㅍㅇㅌ 같은 20대, 같은 사람으로서 응원합니다

You can tell Eunbi really treasures iz*one the most. Of course the other members are grateful for each other and know how lucky they are to be in a successful k-pop group, but with Eunbi she went through many years of struggle before iz*one :’( she trained for many years and was getting to the age when you would consider giving up on an idol career... each year of being a trainee would have gotten tougher mentally (especially when you already debuted before), BUT suddenly all her dreams became a reality in a short amount of time while being a iz*one member :) I have a lot respect for her, you can tell during her performances that she really cherishes the stage and gives it her all

리더는 항상 힘든 것 같다..26은 많은나이가 절대 아닌데.. 더 어린 동생들을 위해서 이끌어 나가는게 얼마나 힘들었을지...컴백이 무산되고 아무것도 할 수 없었을때 모두가 힘들었을텐데 그 상황에서도 동생을 다독여주고 챙겼을거란게 더 슬프다. 자기는 어디다 풀어야 할지도 몰랐을거고 그냥 속으로 삭히기만 했을텐데 컴백하고나서 수상소감 말할때 눈물 흘리던게 아직도 기억난다.. 얼마나 힘들었으면 촬영중이고 팬들도 많은데서 그렇게 서럽게 울었겠냐...앞으로는 상처받지 않았으면 한다...좋은것만 보고 좋은것만 듣고 좋은사람들만 만나서 항상 행복했으면 좋겠다. 그럴 자격 충분하니까

은비 많이 외로워보여.. 우리 은비 늘 본인 먼저 돋보이려하기보단 동생들을 먼저 챙기고, 멤버 수도 많다보니까 동생들끼리 친해지고 서로 맘 털어놓는 것들 보면서 뿌듯했겠지만 부럽기도 했을 것 같아 우리 은비 얼마나 힘들었을까 생각하니까 맘이 아프다 그래도 정말 은비가 있어서 아이즈원 위즈원 모두 여기까지 올 수 있었어 앞으론 우리가 더 힘이 되어줄게 권리더 금비 사랑해!!!❤️

2.22.2022 i am watching this now and cried at 2am. i know and heard izone way back at the start but i was so into to twice that time so i didn't have any interest on stanning other gg's. They often pass to my feed and saw some video clips but didn't rlly stan them as i just know minju&hyewon that time. time passed by and I wasted all those chance to stan them while they're still active. i watched some parts of their last concert on twt and cried in empathy on their speeches. It broke my heart so bad bcs I can't imagine if twice would come on that time. Now, after months I just watched a video clip of hyewon or minju(?) And ended up watching izone videos. I thought first it was just a fun moment BUT it had me falling for them. I got attached to them without realizing it sooner. i watched their clips now more than my fav. i cried & laughed until early in the morning and even sometimes forgot to do my tasks. I've been down these days and they saved me. I don't miss a day not watching their OT12 contents. I am living my wizone heart through their shadows and memories bcs I STANNED THEM LATE NOW THAT THEY'RE DISBANDED. Im still stuck at the thought of you as izone. i like ive but i still can't stop myself from getting flashbacks of izone anneyongz.. im enjoy watching their individual vlogs and realized that I miss ENOZI so much.. watching them having their own now makes me happy but I just still wonder and hope that they're still together.. i do support them all individually of their careers now & im so proud of everything they've achieved they deserve it so much

서로 다른 소속사의 사람들이 모여 짧은 기간의 만남으로 그룹을 이루며, 그 그룹에서 언니로서 리더로서 하나로 뭉쳐나가야 하는 상황에 의도치 않은 공백기를 가지게 되면서 컴백까지 리더로서 그룹을 챙긴다는건 상상이상의 힘듬이 있었을것이라 생각합니다. 그리고 같이 지냈던 맴버분들도 그걸 알기에 고마움을 느끼는거라 생각합니다. 이제는 걱정없이 그저 좋아하는 노래로 행복한 일상이 가득한 활동만 있기를 기원합니다.(권은비님이 눈물 흘리실때 저도 모르게 눈물이 또르륵 흐르더군요...ㅠㅠ)

One thing came on my mind, they had really hard time last comeback, and Eunbi was the one who had hardest time. She must encourage members and herself too.. Eunbi is really a good leader.. Eunbi is the leader and unnie figure that Chaeyeon need the most, and Chaeyeon is the dependable and quick witted dongsaeng that eunbi need the most. As what eunbi said before, chaeyeon really helped izone alot that she thought special and touched by chaeyeon countless times. And as what chaeyeon said before, eunbi is a big sister chaeyeon could lean on after a long time of struggle taking all the burden by herself alone. Thank you eunbi for giving chaeyeon a figure to talk about her burden and lift it up a little, and thank you chaeyeon for walking and share eunbi’s burden as a leader by helping izone from the smallest to the biggest thing. Yep, part of the reason this group works is that Eunbi has such a reliable lieutenant as Chaeyeon. Not only does Chaeyeon take a load off Eunbi by running the second apartment, but Chaeyeon almost certainly plays a major role in coaching members with the choreo and various other things, so Eunbi doesn't have to do everything. Eunbi has a lot on her plate and I am certain Chaeyeon's presence helps her immensely.

Im hurting my self by watching this one video, seeing Eunbi unnie look at her dongsaengs and then cry literally made me cry. IZ*ONEs and WIZ*ONEs cry button is literally Eunbi, our best leader.

은비 조용히 눈물 흘리는게 뭔가 더 슬픈것 같음 ㅠㅠ 동생들한테 고맙기도하고 뭔가 더 못해준거 같아서 미안해하는것 같기도 하고 말그대로 복잡한 감정이 있는게 느껴진다 ㅠㅠ 은비도 너무 힘들어하는거 혼자서만 짊어지지말고 동생들한테 기대고 싶을때 기대는게 서로 좋을것 같아요 아이즈원 끝까지 좋게가자 모두 화이팅!!!!

So. I know I'm really, REALLY late to the party (and believe me I've never regretted anything more in my entire life), but these twelve amazing and beautiful girls both inside and out have made me the happiest I've ever been these past few weeks. At first, I just wanted an escape because I was getting exhausted of how increasingly worse the fandom I'm in is becoming and so I decided to get away from all of that and dove into IZ*ONE's content. From watching their mafia dance to their secret friend and to this very part right here, I finally understood why so many people love and support these girls so much. No matter what happens and no matter how much time passes, their bond will truly remain special and precious and is something that could never be broken. I might have come at such a late time, but rest assured I will support all twelve of you on your new journey. Thank you, IZ*ONE, for existing and always being a bright light full of love, hope, and happiness to each and everyone of us here. Thank you for being our home, and you forever will be. All the leaders that have to take care of a big group of people...kudos to them. I'm sure it gets hard having to look after and mediate b/w so many people. Eunbi is clearly an amazing leader considering the way the members look up to/talk about her.

The hiatus (and allegued scandal) last year was very hard for EunBi. It left scares on her soul. She is the oldest and has a lot of experience but she is still a very young woman. To be responsible for 11 young ladies (some of them minors) in such a demanding circunstances is a challenging task. I admire her.

I truly agree 1000% that Kwon Eunbi is a Great leader and Big Sister/Mum to the IZONE member. She is an awesome person with a pleasant personality and full of LOVE to her members. Hwaiting.
