luke is the best thing to happen to the sport of darts to be so incredibly cold and confident at that age is just epic! the new phil taylor will be and we've been there from the start!!! i can't believe the darts this guy is throwing - this perfection is out of this world!!!

When the PDC was asked multiple times why Littler was picked for the prem, their response from the beginning was always the same: "Because he can win it".

It's impossible not to like him. Looking forward to watching him for many years to come.

I remember crying with my mum when Jockey Wilson won the final in '82. I've never felt a force in darts apart from Phil like this Luke. Holy Moly, what an amazing achievement. All the top-10 will be putting in a lot more hours on the board now. They knew he was coming but I don't reckon ANY of them thought he'd do this!

Simply astonishing what this kid has achieved in such a short space of time. His brilliance simply defies his age. Nobody talks of it anymore, but all can revel in his brilliance at the oche. He aint no Emma Radacanu!!. Big shout to Luke Humphries. His sportsmanship is to be admired. A deserved world champion.

He's been unbelievable since he first came on the scene a few months ago what a talent but I do think he will be a bit like Taylor where a lot of people aren't a fan of him has a bit of arrogance about him for someone so young just starting out I mean and a Manu fan so there will be some that will never warm to him but I'm sure he couldn't care less

TBH, he is a great darts player, no question of it, but ... he isn't very humble, and i don't know if anyone else has noticed, he isn't a very good loser either. There are so many great young darts players out there, and I for one, and getting pretty fed up with the "Luke Littler gravy train", on the TV, you're setting this guy up as a new messiah, as a second coming. He is a winner, 100% he is a winner, now he needs to learn how to lose as well. Having him brought down a peg or two, wouldn't do him any harm, might even do him some good.
