So, this one was not a true secret show. He announced it on a Sunday, tickets went on sale on Ticketmaster for £25 on Wednesday, and the show was on Thursday. Technically he announced the venue at 9am on Thursday morning so on Ticketmaster when you bought a ticket the venue said "TBC" but it was very easy to figure out what the venue was--he'd been having a pop up in Camden all week and the codes we all got to be able to buy tickets (which you got if you bought Fine Line in the UK, either through his website or at the pop up) all were variations of "HS-CAM-1234" The previous London secret show at The Garage was a little bit more underground. In the weeks prior there were murmerings he was having a secret show in London because people had apparently won tickets through radio stations and were being flown out for it, but nothing was official. He announced it on Twitter at 8am that morning: both the venue and that it was happening, and it was a race to the venue to buy £10 tickets in person. I believe it was the same deal with the Troubadour show: he announced it at 8am and fans had to get to the venue to buy tickets at the box office.
