G&R filmed a video for their cover of The Cinematic Orchestra's 'To Build A Home' at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado in June 2017. Massive thanks to Anthony Byrne for shooting and directing this!
Absolutely amazing! Please put on Spotify/iTunes/Google Play if possible, one of your best covers yet! Also amazing cinematography to match the original artist, The Cinematic Orchestra!
Gorgeous! Wish I could have been there to hear them sing it, with the amazing acoustics at this amphitheater. I live nearby and have been to many, many concerts at Red Rocks - it's by far the most amazing music venue I've ever experienced!
I finally got to see a show at Red Rocks this year (Celtic Woman of course). I've discovered a lot of other artists from following Celtic Woman, but you two are two of the most amazing.
Beautiful singing. Amazing imagery to go along with such a great song. You guys amaze me every time I hear a new one here on You Tube. You two singing the Adele medley was an unexpected bonus for the Detroit 2016 Celtic Woman concert at the Fox Theater that I attended. It was right after you guys starting getting recognized for it. I've been a follower of your work since then. I could sit and listen to your melodious voices all day.
It makes me to happy to know Glenn and Ronan filmed this at one of the most iconic places in Colorado. Also, I just love #RedRocksAmphetheater. Saw my third Celtic Woman concert there a few years ago.
If we could hear the angels sing, this is what they would sound like! Individually glen and Rohan are amazing talents...together they are out of this world! A-MAZ-ING!
There is a house built out of stone Wooden floors, walls and window sills Tables and chairs worn by all of the dust This is a place where I don't feel alone This is a place where I feel at home And I built a home For you For me Until it disappeared From me From you And now, it's time to leave and turn to dust........ Out in the garden where we planted the seeds There is a tree as old as me Branches were sewn by the color of green Ground had arose and passed its knees By the cracks of the skin I climbed to the top I climbed the tree to see the world When the gusts came around to blow me down Held on as tightly as you held onto me Held on as tightly as you held onto me...... And I built a home For you For me Until it disappeared From me From you
lads ye are honestly brilliant. I love the purity and clarity of the pitch and the resonance of the harmony you made. you honestly make me want to start singing again. Good luck! Seems like you guys are going to achieve all of your dreams and more and you make all of us at home proud! :-)
