I strongly belive that the initiates are held back by the Ardent Kerawegh. The hero choice is in my opinion by far the weakest of the four. And the devout rule sucks because your enemys priest gets the success as well. In addition, the dweghom do not really have good priestspells. I don't know what Para Bellum was thinking while creating the Kerawegh, the initiates and the wardens, I think they have to get a major rework to be on the same level as hold thanes, dragonslayer and fireforged. The flame berserker aren't good either.
