when I accepted the Lord, I held off telling my Hindu parents the truth for about 4 months. I didn't want to disappoint them, but my choice was made. I would rather disappoint them than disappoint my Lord. I heard the worst things a parent would say to their kid. "you might as well throw yourself under a bus..." and I broke down. I was annihilated by the reaction of the people I loved the most. At that moment in my darkness, I opened my bible and it landed on Psalm 27. "When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me in". After reading it I simply cried myself dry. I could not believe hoe my Lord loved me so much. He never left me and I had his embrace in my worst pain. I have only love for my parents. And after years of negativity from them, they are now slowly coming back in my life. I just want to say that I am loved. I am loved by you Lord! I am so loved that you gave me the most wonderful gift of a loving wife and beautiful kids. My life will always be for Jesus and to Jesus! Thank you, Lord!

Every night, my son asks to put on worship. We put this on, and he has fallen to sleep since it was first put out.

I was Muslim and converted to being a follower of our lLord Jesus Christ..I prayed to God one time with all my heart and asked him to show me if he’s real then Jesus came into my life. Mr. Cory Asbury, I want to thank you for putting on this rooftop concert. It has been life-changing for me and the lyrics speak to my soul from God through you. Thank you for that. I am a private duty nurse in the home of a little handicapped girl. I have the luxury of putting this concert video on every morning as a worship time with God. My little patient does not talk or do much of anything at all and we do not know what she understands either. I can say though, every morning when I put this on she laughs and smiles and starts kicking her feet and is very happy. We start our day out with this video and play it through once and then most often we play it through again and again. Thank you so much for your music, your musicians, and the peace that your music has brought into my life through God. Please keep it coming!

Most of the views on this video, are probably from me. I can't stop listening to this, so raw. I saw Cory a couple months ago at one of his shows, met him one on one before hand (humble man). This man puts so much emotion into his music and that is absolutely what I adore. Lets not idolize the song or the singer, but the words that come to this mans tongue are exactly that words I can't think of what it comes to sitting before God. I imagine myself sitting before Jesus and just singing to Him. I love that this video went from so causal to just complete worship! Seeing Cory choke up a few times, I see you brother! Do not let pride, money and fame get to you Cory. Your voice is being used for the Kingdom!

I was molested at the age of 7, I never processed it as a teenager, or even as a young man. I wasn’t raised around role models in the church, my grandma might of had me say the Lord’s prayer once before bed, but nothing much after that. I found the Lord at age 24, and I’m 31 now. My walk with the Lord revealed to me that the moment I chose to never speak of, could very well be responsible for the mentality I developed towards sex, women, perversion, and sexual immoral endeavors, like Pornography. I was always worried what it could mean to my family..he was my Grandmother’s husband, my uncles father, and my mom loved him so much, unconditional love, always so grateful when he offered to help us in any way. I was afraid of speaking the truth, but no more. I told my family of this atrocity that had fallen upon me at such a young age. Although it only happened ONCE, the image remained. But there is no pity necessary here today, yesterday, or tomorrow, for I stand here today Redeemed in Christ Jesus, I stand firm in his Glory, I stand tall in the redemption of my past transgressions. The Lord pulled me away from the worst things about myself, and the more I dove into Christ, the more those things began to fall away, by the sanctity of my Salvation. 😲Whoaaaa....I don't know how I have not known about Cory (and his band) until today. (Edited: Ohhhh, duh...he did Reckless Love) I heard Sparrows on the radio today, love that song, and I'm like WHO IS that?? And saw it was him, and promptly went to RU-vid to find it, and stumbled on to this concert. Absolutely amazing, the talent and gifts God has given to him. The WHOLE album, his testimony, his humble devotion and appreciation for God, his incredible voice (love the falsetto!) his band's whole sound...oh my gosh, the word "ethereal" comes to mind. The glory goes to God, however, I can't help but greatly appreciate the beautiful voice and music touching my soul through Cory and his band. What a blessing.

When I heard this song Dear God, I just broked down crying. When I thought I was going to loose my mind because trials come hard but God never fails. He comes right on time. It's crazy how the presence of GOD can completely change your mood & attitude in an instant. One worship song,one whispered prayer,one scripture verse can take you from the absolute worst mindset to a place of such peace & joy. There's nothing like the presence of GOD 10 years ago I was in a traffic accident and was permanently paralyzed in both legs. I was very desperate mentally I became depressed and then went bankrupt but my wife also left me for a new lover while in despair I inadvertently heard songs about jesus and God has taken my soul, I am now here devoted my life to serving god and founded this channel to post good music about god

Cory....... thank you!!! Your music has gotten me through some tuff waters this year. I am currently walking through some trials and your music has keep me close to God. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and as I type this now I am trudging through another scheduled biopsy. I have also had 7 surgeries in 3 and a half years. So many times I have wanted to give up and I have felt so distant from Jesus your music helps me feel that connection. So very grateful.
