On Earth Day 2015 two friends sat beneath a Heritage white oak tree. One drew a picture of the tree. One wrote a story. The story became a song and the song became this video. We urge city governments to do what it takes to preserve and protect natural green areas and Heritage trees in urban neighborhoods; especially those zoned for high density development. We want development in and around all our inner city residential neighborhoods to ‘cause no harm’, keeping our inner city neighborhoods safe, ecologically healthy and livable. We hope to inspire communities to come together and work to save the natural areas and trees in their neighborhoods!
