How awkward it’s to know the irresponsible RTI commissioners. Don’t they have commitment to serve the people when they’re paid that much hefty salary. Hope the present government will do it responsibly.Thank you for highlighting this matter.

I wish to add that even Consumer Grievances Redressal Forums are not functioning,many are vacant! Then how people can approach these districts/state forums for Redressal of their grievances? Dear Sir, please bring to light on this TOPIC also,at the earliest.Thank you.

Sir Kandula Ramesh garu, this is regarding RTI issue pertaining to Cherukuru village of Parchuru mandal of Bapatla district i have applied for some information through (1) my RTI Application dated 28-09-2023 to the PIO/Panchayat Secretary under Section 6(1) NO RESPONSE TILL DATE. (2) Addressed to the First Appillate Authority/MPDO Parchuru on 11-11-2023 under Section 19(1) NO RESPONSE TILL DATE. (3) Addressed to the Second Appellate Authority/State Information Commissioner on 21-12-2023 under Section 19(3)/Section 18(1) which was Registered vide Case No:20210/2023 BUT NO RESPONSE FROM STATE INFORMATION COMMISSIONER OFFICE ALSO TILL TADAY SIR. THIS IS OUR STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION STATUS SIR.

మంచిఉద్దేశ్యంతో ప్రారంభించిన చట్టాలన్నీ కాలక్రమంలో నిర్లక్ష్యం, ఉపేక్ష, నిర్లజ్జతో కూడిన అవినీతి, బంధుప్రీతి కారణంగా అపహాస్యమైపోతాయనటానికిదో చక్కటిఉదాహరణ.

This anchor is a disaster and complete diversion from the subject. She seems to have no knowledge and does not know what questions to ask and how to ask. Better not to have an anchor. You may please present the subject yourself. It is better to find ways to ease out these commissioners who are not committed to the work they are expected to do. They seem to be interested only in their rights but not in their responsibilities.
