Just be careful with the new pyrex. It's glass, not borosilicate like the old stuff with capital letters PYREX.

It seems like Anchor Hocking (I think that's the brand) have taken up the new mantle. Not certain yet, but they seem to have the heft of Capital PYREX

It definitely is an upgrade .. the older lids seal great, but are incredibly difficult to get off without spilling the contents
