TOAD to Oracle Autonomous Database Connectivity | TOAD to Oracle cloud Connection 

To connect to an Oracle Autonomous Database using TOAD, you will need the following information:
The connection string for the database, which can be found in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Console
The username and password for the database
Once you have this information, you can follow these steps to connect to the database using TOAD:
Open TOAD and click on the "Connections" button on the top-left corner of the screen
Select "Oracle" as the database type
Enter the connection string, username, and password for the database
Click the "Connect" button
You should now be connected to the Oracle Autonomous Database and be able to run SQL commands and queries.
It is important to note that the Autonomous database will only accept connections from a whitelisted IPs. So, You may need to configure the security list accordingly.
