Yeah, I got the feeling he was starting to feel that way in some of his recent vids. I know he enjoys his lobbies with humor, jokes and good vibes, and this is takes a delicate balance. Only a few people are good at balancing humor and seriousness. He can't make lobbies that just troll all the time, but he doesn't want lobbies that's too serious. He wants lobbies where everyone can shine and enjoy themselves, but that can be difficult.
He likes trolling and what not. Like I thought he enjoyed that heated back and forth with Abe because it was within the confines of the game. But when you're trying to get someone to sing the intro to Queen's Somebody to Love or talking about the nutritional density of soy milk MID GAME. Yeah I would not invite that person to another Sunday.

i like buddha cuz he is active to his chat but doesnt talk over people and most of his reactions and comments are funny. he hates unmuting and saying shit hat doesnt need to be said or when there is loads of noise hes in pain lmao
Same, i was afraid of how he seems uninterested if you view it at othwr POV. But i hope people sees his as well that he is enjoying it along with everyone and not being the "i'm bored" type.

My heart breaks for Corpse each time I watch a lobby. He's talking but his voice is so low that people are just talking over him and not listening at all. I hope Toast finds a way to fix that issue.
It's not all bad, there have been cases where Corpse is impostor and his defense is... questionable but no one even notices what he's saying so it works out
I know what you mean, I remember this 1 stream where Corpse was a detective and he was trying to say what he have detected but everyone was talking over him and wouldn't let him talk and he got mad and let everyone vote out the jester
i think he more so dislikes how the lobby usually values talking more than listening. i tend to notice there are people getting ignored because the others are too loud and talk too fast or too much and shit. i think that ends up making things confusing and overwhelming for some so it ends up making it harder for them to focus and actually play the game. maybe thats just me idk.
I agree on that. The amount of times people get confused on who to sus and what’s going on with the situation happens way too much. Even when the situation wasn’t complicated and there’s already players laying out the clues before they die, people still somehow manage to throw. It’s understandable if it happens once or twice, but it’s happening way more often than it should and it’s irritating me. All these ‘throw’ games could have been prevented if people would stop talking and actually pay attention to the rules, roles and meetings. I cannot express my annoyance when I see streamers who can still be confuse about the role’s ability/weakness after Toast explained it before the game starts. Some even claimed untrue mechanisms of the role during meeting and they had played with the role before! Not to mention the amount of times imposter tried claiming roles that weren’t in the game yet somehow manage to live until the very end of the round. Most of the time these streamers were either busy talking to chats, or simply just ignore the important conversation going on in meetings and covered the topics with their own conversation. Toast should really implement the rule of ‘speak only when someone is done talking’ or ‘do not talk for more than 30secs without letting someone else speak’ or some related kind of rules.

Just a thought, maybe he and 5up should put together a lobby. So far, sussy sundays have been mostly for shits and giggles, which personally, I love. But it sounds like what he's looking for is a change of pace? I know 5up enjoys more serious gameplay, like how it was when Among Us was at its peak popularity. Less screaming, more tension. Less impulse voting, more strategy. The two of them could gather people who are better suited for that, like Hafu, Trainwrecks, etc. And it's not like he'd have to replace everyone from his usual lobbies. People like Rae, Wendy, and Corpse are just as good at playing serious as they are at trolling.
Not sure if they'd even invite hafu though, considering she was apparently fired from otv and hasn't even talked/interacted with them on videos (at least, none that I could tell, but lemme know if I'm wrong on that since most of my info are just from me watching these kinds of clips on youtube)
@@BlankedOutSlate The Hafu thing was entirely a bit, she "got fired" because she was never hired/invited in the first place. Hafu is friends with tons of OTV people, Toast definitely included. There's no bad blood whatsoever
I think the main cause of Toast's mounting stress with Amogus again is due to hosting the same type of weekly lobby week in and week out, where the vibes are mostly casual and played for fun yet they're becoming all too familiar once more. I feel like he should consider rotating the format/theme of each Sussy Sunday in order to add more variety and keep things from growing stale too quickly, such as: week 1 - streaming entertainment; week 2 - serious lobby; week 3 - casual easy mode for new player orientation & training; etc.
i also think its coz he's falling into the "for content" mode again, which he stated was part of the problem last time... perhaps a competitive tournament is needed so people take the game serious and EVERYONE is forced to be big brainers instead of just 1, while others troll for content
@@spudmatix8770 that and/or - gotta force the players to do task - making it a time crunch for evil characters to make moves. Half the team isnt doing task alive and is trying to catch a baddie or fuck around trolling another toon. There been too many rounds of nothing going on as of late.
IMO it really is not a matter of what rules Toast should apply but, as he said, who does he invite. Some people will just be stubborn and ruin the vibe, troll or be stupid when doing that won't add nothing to the game.
Having alternate hosts may help. I hear he puts a lot of stress on himself when it comes to hosting (making sure everyone is having fun, everyone gets their chance to speak and not get drowned, etc). Taking that burden off his shoulders may help his mental. In saying that, who can he trust the task to. . .
I'm pretty sure it was last sussy sunday that Corpse was trying to talk for like 15 secs and then just gave up, and not 1 person noticed, it honestly was a bit sad.
Maybe they should set some 20 sec for each person with information to talk in a round in a particular order (surely not everyone will have info in a single round) and no one else should interrupt during that time. Then they should allot last 10-15 sec for voting. People like Corpse and Lily talk very rarely as they would get talked over anyway.
I feel bad for Corpse sometimes. It's harder for him than most to communicate his side of things due to his voice. If people are getting all loud, it's like he may as well just mute his mic for the rest of the session.
Fr imo that's the most annoying, like that one kid who throws a fit every time just cuz someone else is better at the game but still agrees to play every single time. I know they said it for the memes but it's just annoying when you are watching Toast play then got voted out for literally no reason whatsoever.
I mean to be fair toast does that to others all the time as well lol just makes up shit and they all go along with his "big brain" plan even with zero evidence behind it lol
i agree with him when it comes to the communication in between rounds. like people would be having different conversations at the same time and sometimes would be talking about something that's not related to the game/round. it can get really confusing & annoying at times especially when others would literally throw for laughs & giggles. would love to see changes in the lobby to keep things fresh!
@@novercalis4846 Toast and Sykkuno are the same, in which they will only troll/throw when it's earlier in the round, when it doesn't matter as much. When it comes around to the final stretch, they actually take things seriously and try to win. Sykkuno does this more often- as Toast usually plays pretty seriously nowadays. The fact that he has the highest winrate by far during Sussy Sundays is proof of this.
I don't watch Toast live, but I watch the Among Us vids he posts on his channel. To be honest, I get what he is saying. With recent vids I sometimes find it exhausting to watch the other people in the lobby (especially with all the yelling, shouting etc). I'm sure they're all lovely people, it's just Toast suits my preference of what gameplay to watch.
I do find it funny that people think he is talking about sykkuno when sykkuno has been invited to most if not all of the lobbies of among us since the beginning. He is questioning what new people to add and who to rotate in
I see their point though, I always watch sussy sundays and sykkuno TALKS a lot. But I don't really think that Toast is referring to a specific person in this clip.
for me, the problem with Sykunno is not how much he talks but how much he trolls. sometimes trolling is fun but if you trolling too much, it can get a little annoying especially for people who don't know you that well (since Toast want to bring some new people and make them comfortable).

Its probably the time when Toast muted them and just want a quiet first few seconds because they literally screamed and talk random stuffs for the first few seconds while wasting the time that is meant for the information to be told, resulting probably for toast to just say lets vote this person since he couldn't explain the reason at all for the time wasted (with probably a good reason within his mind) while other try to copy it and randomly say lets just vote toast for no reason or evidences at all. Swapper was actually a good role if the swapper got a good information to swap kill the killer. Abe and Sykkuno also prove how great was the Evil and Good guesser if someone have this role got a great information without raging.
He did get super into the game when he was Jester with lawyer Corpse and Rae thought she had everything figured out only for everyone to be wrong about everything, was hilarious.
Tbh I think everyone should be quite and let the person who found the body say where they found it first. But everyone talked right away because there impatience.
I really enjoyed Hafu lobbies. Chill and competitive. They played to win, while Toasts lobbies play for content, which leads to the lots of talking over each other, screaming, and trolling
I think it's good for us, the audience, to have one lobby that is competitive and one that is more casual and for content, because each of us have different preferences. I myself prefer watching more casual games with some trolling but others might prefer the competitive one.

@@Lianouw they did a breakdown of the players they invited once, saying 2 wildcards (steve, dk) 3-4 competitive (5up, hafu, dumbdog), 1-2 personality (peeter, tina, janet, etc) and then guest spots for variety streamers or other lobbies guest starring, and it was the perfect mix for so long until they got tired of the game
Lets not forget it is also an inherent „problem“ of the game itself and part of its progression. Fatigue sets in as situations repeat themselves. So once there are less new things to figure out and „puzzles“ to solve, it naturally becomes less fun. And once you as a player have to focus more and more on keeping things fresh instead of the game doing that for you, you will reach that point of fatigue faster and faster.
the funny trolling meme games are hilarious and some of my favourite content, but only if they're balanced between more serious or chill games. i feel like recently it's been turning into attention wars/whoever shouts the loudest/does the funniest recurring joke wins, which i knowwww toast hates. so i'm glad he's taking it into his own hands rather than just quitting immediately again. i'm not gonna name drop the loud trolling people bc that's not fair... but it's nice to count on people like leslie, corpse, rae, sykk (although sykk's always a bit of a troll lol) etc who are good at being naturally funny and entertaining with the games, while also taking them seriously and not going into a screaming match every meeting. i appreciate the hell out of their group
Hope he can find the balance. I really enjoy all the big lobbies, Toast, Hafu, and Chilled. They are all VERY different but it’s really enjoyable. I think Hafu and Chilled have done a great job finding like minded people. Hafu’s competitive but some how still light and funny. And Chilled’s absolute Chaos and just a bunch of friends messing around. I hope Toast can find that balance too where he can enjoy the game for a long time.
Only way to keep Among Us fresh is playing with new people. When you play over and over with the same players it gets easy to read others and the novelty goes away. Mods won't change how the game is played for too much time, a new player add way more variety to the lobby than any mod ever could
yeah but I doubt toast want to do that. It's the last thing Toast would consider, he rather keep blaming the fatigue on the game and the new people instead of his established friend group. He'll rather quit playing the game, than having to play it with a bunch of new people and not be with his friend group for a moment.
Yea I got bored last sussy Sunday for the first time. Thought it was just me or maybe the way they were a little lost on the new map (I’ve watched a lot of Hafu morning lobbies and 5up so it’s not new to me) but it’s good to know Toast is on it. Im so curious about it being because of lobby members. I just sort of watched other things with sussy Sunday in the background. I know which lobby members I LOVE and want to see returning though!
Personally i think the problem is that its becoming repetitive. Not because theyre playing the same game every sunday but bc the same people are trolling unnecessarily at times and talking over everyone. The week in which they didnt play among us but other games like deducto was great bc mostly everyone was confused so they couldnt troll extra and i felt bc it was smaller group everyone could shine.
For me it’s the cliche, excitement to see them play is the reason why I watch, not the game itself. Hope they enjoy it the same way as I enjoy it. I really like his shirt.
At the end of yesterday stream Toast is talking about playing with morning lobby with other roles so he asked if they play recently to the chat Because He love how they are chill on playing Among us, and recently I always recognize everytime they are Screaming about "Where's the body" and " OH MY GOD! " He always mute them and talk about " I hope If unmute them They are having a nice and chill Discussion.
I think there's a clip of him saying that in one of his videos because I did hear him say it at some point. That kinda goes to show that Toast either needs a new lineup of people, or he needs to delegate making the lobbies to someone else if only to find some balance. And maybe balance isn't in a new lineup, maybe it's in teaching the abilities of the new roles so everyone has some idea of how to use them to make a game more interesting, or even shorting the voting time. Keep the subject around the dead body found.
I think he needs to express his concerns with those he plays with. If he’s annoyed at yelling, he could always tell them he doesn’t like too much of that. Communication is good.
@@William0271 True, but I guarantee somebody won't understand the new roles and play it off only to spend the entirety of a game telling their chat "I don't understand what I'm supposed to do" and then ask during a meeting. That last part is something that occurs more than once, someone asks about the Sheriff, Witch, Swapper, Jester, etc. out of curiosity or they are the role and weren't paying attention during the explanation for some reason or another.
I expect soon it’ll need spreading out every other week or even once a month to keep the longevity so no one gets too overtired of it like before. Maybe sussy Sundays one week and then an alternate Sunday big lobby game like minecraft server games, fall guys etc. where you could have 10+ people with whoever is around.
If he is looking for a challenge then he needs to play with the morning lobby since they are more sweaty about the game. Then he’ll get a chance to come up with good plays with the new roles.
It’s not about sweatiness but about the balance between seriousness, troll and unintentional throwing. When throws are intentional and made just for troll they are boring
@Krypto Sporidium Agree, and to add, Sykkuno tends to speak over other players A LOT. He tends to take the lead on stuff when he never witnessed anything. I wished he stopped this and let other players talk it out.

I said that they are MORE sweaty and not that they are all serious. it’s just that the morning lobbies are very well balanced.
@@spring12041 That's kinda an exaggeration. If you're watching his streams, he does talk over others BY HIMSELF. If you're on other streams, he doesn't talk over them. Usually the girls are the loud ones. Syk doesn't talk over nor shout when you're on other streams. He talks by himself a lot, that can cause his own viewers to not hear others on meetings. I watch Toast's VODs a lot because of this, and it was always the girls who shouts and talk over others. I can almost never hear Syk, cuz he talks by himself, so I watch his as well, just to see his POV.
Good content is communication and planning. Both are hard and time consuming. I wish you a hopefully good Sunday. I think going back to just playing the game and worrying less about repetitiveness will relax the situation a bit. I'm not even bored of watching classic among us. I'm saddened to know that sometimes tasks are not done or that the crewmate role is so undesirable. Maybe there is reason to that but it seems a shame from my point of view. I always enjoy people just talking about what they think during the rounds, I don't enjoy aimless running to seek the biggest scope. I love seeing among us being played, I hope the playing continues and the streamers find an equilibrium.
Honestly I find it hard to watch the streams with everyone yelling and talking over each other. Really, 15 people is just too much especially in a voice chat situation. Even when I'm hanging out with my group of 10 friends, we usually end up having separate conversations in smaller groups. Which is why the meetings get a lot better once people start getting killed off (lol)
I agree with him. Its really annoying whenever a meeting is called, 10 people starts talking and screaming wasting 20-30 seconds of the meeting time. No information about whats happening in game is relayed and they waste the meeting altogether. Basically is that they dont take the game seriously and I think thats the reason he is getting annoyed in playing.
The trouble with Among Us, is that a lot of what makes it a compelling game is the House Rules set by the lobbies. The specific way that streamers play the game makes it seem way more exciting than a real game of Among Us tends to be. Among Us is arguably the worst game out there for solo queueing, and playing with friends mostly pans out like a pale imitation of each player's fave streamer. Among Us really depends on the Streamers making it fun - there's nothing in the mechanic truly pushing play organically in intriguing directions imo. As a consequence, keeping streamers in line when making Among Us content is tough, since the game relies on a "content first" mentality to make it watchable - so being loud/chaotic/trolling is inherently incentivized, but coordinating this content between 10-12 differing personalities (each with different audiences) makes me wonder how they ever manage to make that game look fun
Honestly I wish they they would play that office game that was like among us again it was so entertaining and a little different orrr play among us with the lobby from that day because everyone's personality seemed to mesh well
I value toast's efforts in organizing and making Sussy Sunday possible. He should take a break and resume playing when he feels like it if it's stressful for him or he doesn't feel like it. We appreciate you for providing us fun sussy sunday and making sure first-time players and all will have a good time.
I can understand the first lobby or two back in among us can be more talkative cause a lot of them haven't talked to each other in a setting like that for a while, so they have a lot to say ya know? After that it should normal lobbies. I can see where toast is coming from too with making sure the right people are chosen for the lobbies
I don’t think Rae and syk like it used to competitive but not anymore if you see Rae stream she literally just chilling with chat almost sleep until someone call her and syk is just joking around, also Rae and toast but these lobby together every time
@@Reema-tz9ek There's nothing wrong with joking around, but Sykkuno tends to interrupt and joke when his input isn't needed and people are trying to figure out things.
@@chocolatemilk713 If you watch Rae’s stream, she knows how unhinged she can be and always tries to tone it down a bit. She also makes note of who keeps dying first, and almost always speaks loudly to let another person talk, saying things like “what was that corpse?” and trying to quiet down the lobby to let the other person talk. Of course, she does have her moments where it can be annoying too
@@JohnT_ I agree, rae talks a lot but she doesn't talk over anyone, she's very considerate when other people are talking or when other people are getting talk over. Like she knows how to read a room. We all know which one of them really talks a lot though...
I loved it when Toast played in Hafu’s Lobby. Those guys have a good balance and are kinda more pure. Like, if I wanted chaos, random suss and yelling all the time I’d just join a public lobby myself. I want to be entertained but there needs to be some finesse …
The problem where the chat mentioned ‘it was hard to balance out between the talkative ones and the quiet ones’ reminds me of a Chinese social deduction game called ‘werewolf’ (狼人杀）it’s actually a mobile game where it has a mechanism where during meetings, every player will take turns and speak for 30 seconds. Players can either talk about their own speculation/deduction, which player they agree/disagree with, their sus and reasoning. Once 30 sec is up, no matter if you’re done talking or not, the system will brutally mute your mic and let the next player talk. There are some cons for this mechanism, because it would mean there is no back and forth heat discussion, but I personally like this mechanism a lot, because it gives everyone a chance to speak. Maybe someone could screenshot this comment and let Toast see? It might spark ideas for him to host the among us lobbies. I would suggest it to him except I don’t follow him anywhere but on RU-vid and Twitch.
@@crystalyeung2535 I know it's not a game invented by the Chinese, but I'm talking about a certain MOBILE GAME 'Werewolf' that was published by a China gaming company and became popular among the chinese. Yes, the game itself is nothing new, but they added a few of the typical modded roles in and some interesting gameplay mechanisms that's suits to play online with strangers like the one I mentioned.
Werewolf is a boardgame. It came from what you originally know as mafia. They are all played using poker cards before it got popular and digitalized. Yes, OTV has played mafia for quite some time back in the days.
They way I interpreted that is that he meant he wanted less people that "sweat" the game and play it more casually. Slip up here and there, just make for fun games, not trying to win all the time. I can totally see why having "loud" streamers is very frustrating when you're not a screamer yourself.
Toast obviously likes Rae and Sykkuno cause he’s been playing with them all this time but even though he said he’s not being specific it’s kinda obvious he talking about them -plus maybe some other people. It’s just the fact that when he made the analogies, I could instantly recall moments in the stream where I actually acknowledged when Sykkuno or Rae we’re doing that EXACT thing. Rae screams unnecessarily, I guess that’s kinda part of her personality or whatever but.. idk. And Sykkuno. For someone that had been extremely based on being shy my GOD does he talk *SO DAMN MUCH* . It’s so frustrating when he continues to repeat the same thing over and over again, like we get it, we all heard you. And the worst part is he always does it when someone else is trying to talk. And whatever he’s saying isn’t even significant but he just KEEPS SAYING IT.

Can’t agree more. Especially on sykunno. He talks wayyyy to much. Ik it good that his confidence got better but damn these days he getting annoying. I like old syukkuno more. His way of trolling or memes are getting out of hand n way too force just for “content”. Ik for sure even the ppl on the lobby got annoyed but ofc they cant say shit cause of his fan based.
@@ed2877 Absolutely. Toast has said many times 'Sykunno knows what he's doing'. I used to be an avid Sykunno shrimp but then I started to realise how fake he seems. EVERYTHING he does seems planned, like he does everything with/for a specific purpose. Even in the last Sussy Sunday, corpse said something about his voice and then Sykunno immediately goes "oh I really like your voice corpse🙂" like he always does, -which was CLEARLY audible but just for the clippers, shippers and to REALLY emphasis it, he repeats the EXACT same thing when everyone stopped talking and the conversation was already over. We all know he isn't the shy, quiet guy all these fangirls portray him as and he acts oblivious to things we damn well know HE knows but.. It's like NOTHING he does ever seems authentic... at least to me 🤷♀️
Some players are biased to some players and then when it's time to vote the latter off they try to throw the game. Also some players really try to make strategies but when they get killed they get disappointed. I get toast. He wants everybody to be serious about the game. But it's not possible cause some get hurt for that.

i dont think Blau is a good fit all the time either. Buddha doesnt really get to interact much and myth actually doesnt get a whole lot of air time either. i wish 5upp and Hafu played with toast more. those were good lobbies
Personally I would disagree. I think Blau is very funny, but it's not as apparent because he interacts with his own stream and is on mute a lot. But just some of the times where he gets a role and does the music or things like that are really funny. And the thing that is nice about him is because he doesn't talk so much, he can still make his short 5-10 second remarks and get his humor in whereas there are others who spend most of the time talking. Like when they were playing with Brooke and she died to the curse and everyone is clamoring the whole meeting, no one gets voted out, and Blau just sneaks in at the very and and says "and nothing of value was lost". 😂
@@serveandvolley24 i think Blau is very funny and he has his moments in these groups no doubt. But like you said he spends most of his time talking to chat and getting food or using the bathroom or whatever and he's not really focused on the game. A lot of times he ends up just whiffing in situations where he could have done something cool or important because he wasn't paying attention. Like it doesn't matter what role he gets, he basically plays as a jester every single time and its kind of annoying. But Blau especially at GTA is god tier content. No hate for the dude

I think he is talking about HIMSELF. He is the golden goose when he is playing among us, but if he burns himself out churning out among us content until he hates the game then viewers will be left with nothing (since he will stop playing).

Agreed. It gets unfunny when the meetings and games turn pointless though. Which is what some of the meetings/games have been like a lot. Hopefully they get back on track.
Everyone trying to pretend like they know who he's talking about. I think all we need to do is wait and see. At the end of the day, if they aren't having fun, then it won't continue, so he needs to find ways to change it up and make sure things are smooth. Honestly, the lobby next week will probably look a lot different, which will send people spiraling into speculation like "omg, such and such got benched!" -- when in reality, Toast said he was gonna be planning the next lobby for new players because Grace is gonna be joining them. Can't wait for that regardless.
@@samoth5161 the things that made sykuno good honestly was his shyness but since he is more confident now it’s not the same without that context anymore with his still same repeating jokes.
Tbh I get confused with all the different roles and how they work and who do they effect and when where what and why! Lol. The old way was easier to follow but I can see how anyone would get bored after awhile
I havent watched much of sussy sundays due to work esp the full vods. Would randomly catch certain games from clip channels or some from edited vids from syk or toast. I just find rae and balu talking too much and are very loud. Woudl love to hear more from Buddha though. Again, these are just based on some of the specific games ive watched. Plus just how they interact also w/ other games like valo and others.
You're pretty spot on with how sussy Sundays are. Too many people talking nonsense, people with actual info getting ignored because some people would rather troll than play the game, I didn't wanna say it but Rae and blau are big consistent culprits of the former. There are plenty more people that do that, and almost everybody's done it at least once but man... like cmon. You're right about Buddha too. Him and myth are great. He really should talk more when the other people settle down a bit.
Sykkuno has kinda been ticking me off lately. I mean he’s actually been doing this for a while. He’d talk over people and KEEP repeating the exact SAME thing he’s said 3 times already, then he’d talk about unrelated things and try to stir the conversation to his liking and he trolls so freaking much, -which normally is fine but it gets too much after some time. Like Toast has said multiple times Sykkuno knows what he’s doing. He’s kinda like that person in a friend group that just continues to talk about what he wants the conversation to be and doesn’t really take into account the ‘new’ person in the group. There are people who acknowledge them and actually puts effort into including them and then there are people who don’t care and just wants to continue as always knowing they’d be standoff-ish 🤷♀️
Ever since he switched to the new platform, I feel like he’s content has gone downhill. I think it’s because it’s harder to moderate RU-vid so he sees a lot more negative comments then he did on twitch.
He is definitely not doing this on purpose. He trolls because it’s funny for him ergo it must be fun for everyone. If people are upset at him he won’t know until they verbally express it to him.
If you watch his stream, he mutes and explains to chat why he’s doing it. Also, one of Syk’s strats from the start was being so awkward and honest at all times that people just don’t know if he is sus or not. I barely watched last week so I don’t know if something changed.
This seems like a YOU problem, and idk how that connects to what Toast said, cuz Toast likes to play with Sykkuno a lot, and always invites him. They even have just a game together, just the two of them. Toast was very specific about being "loud", when Syk wasn't anywhere near loud. He doesn't shout and speak chill. I watch Toast's VODs, and I don't even remember what on earth Syk says, what I remember is all the girls being so freakin loud for no reason.
One problem with his lobbies is people getting killed early, then the rest proceeding to call meetings and meetings just to talk and force their RU-vid videos. They gotta pick what they want to do, play among us livestreaming or make a RU-vid video
I understand not taking the game too seriously,but legit everyone else but Toast doesn't even care. Every meeting you have 10 people yelling for no reason and barely give information. I watched for ten minutes and couldn't bear it any longer. I'd love to see Toast back in the Hafu lobbies. At the reunion,they didn't have mods and played with the normal ten players and it was not nearly as annoying as Sussy Sunday.
True. I've always tuned in during their meetings before to listen to their pieces, but now I just skip over and wait for clip channels to post big brain plays and such.
Yea, whenever a meeting is called everybody feels the need to immediately say something. That's just annoying. This might be a problem with mainly content creators though, because they're all talkative, its literally their job. When you're with a group of friends some are talkative, and some prefer to be quiet. So usually when I'm playing with friends it never gets that bad.
yeah i get that, I think keeping people like rae, corpse, leslie, tina, sykk, wendy, and even newbie grace are a good balance of actually trying to win, not being toxic, and being naturally funny/entertaining
One thing that I don’t like is how the comments is saying how toast always get voted for no reason, but he does the same thing. He votes people out for being the last one to say “I’m not imposter”, voting random people over memes, etc. it doesn’t bother me, but you can’t get mad if it happens to you. Toast never said anything, I’m talking about comments

Sidemen are one of the biggest forces keeping Among Us strong imo. Vids do crazy numbers, and they've been consistent quality for years now. Even when they've tried to Dead the game, the audience won't let em
This among us lobby just need a proper balance between troll and serious players. When there is too many trolls it gets annoying. Individually I like all streamers but some of them together is too troll. Toast just need to find that balance with the invites.
If y’all would stop doing proximity every time that would be great too, it’s like a 30 minute long convo every time lol we need a mix of Hafus lobbies and Toasts. Hafus lobbies are a little too serious a lot of times but has really good gameplay whereas Toasts can get annoying just cuz of the unseriousness but it’s still at least kinda funny. A mix of both would literally be perfect

Yeah, it occurred to me a while back, but eventually it hit a point where, "NOOOO, NOT *name*" and "OH MY GOD, WHERE'S THE BODY?!" just felt fake. Like, yeah, it wasn't genuine any more, and people are doing it just for the sake of doing it. I mean, it's a game where these things happen, after a while, we all expect it, so why be surprised? I think the new roles are great, and personally, I think it has added a lot more spin for good content, which is good. However, at the same time, it has diminished the value of doing tasks, because let's face it, when was the last task win video you saw from Toast? It just doesn't happen any more. I think a good change is having a mixture, i.e. there's only a percentage of chance for the more fun roles, but even if all of them hit, not everyone has a role and some will remain as regular crewmates. That way, through many games, everyone will have played multiple roles, but it's not always about winning as your role, which is what this has become, and tasks hold value again. I also think reducing neutral roles would be a good idea. Roles like arsonist, lawyer, etc would be better removed. Leave it so that there are two impostors and maybe a jackal, and it would keep the game more civilised. The evil guesser would still be viable in this scenario, but it's no longer as crazy where overlapping voices trying to defend an impostor can't be distinguished. I think a chatting lobby, where people are having fun talking, discerning, figuring out things, etc rather than making a scene, shouting, etc is more fun to watch.
@@briaelliott2231 I don't mean that, I mean in general. It's been so typical for literally everyone so say something along the lines of, "OH NO, WHERE'S THE BODY?!" "WHO KILLED *name*?!" or "NOT *name*" and it just feels so cliché and you know, it's just not appealing any more. About the tasks, if you think about it, tasks have become extremely redundant. In the more common lobbies, there's an evil guesser, a witch, a lawyer, an arsonist, a jackal, a jester, so essentially at least half of the lobby has their own agenda. I would even argue the sheriff in these lobbies are just trying to kill for the videos more than trying to have fun and win the game with others, so again, their own agenda. I'm not going to say this is anything comparable, but I occasionally play Fortnite Impostors with friends, and honestly, it's one thing to ask, "where was this at?" and another thing to scream "OH MY GOD, WHERE'S THE BODY?!" even though they are literally the same question. People's reactions have lost genuineness when it's an overreaction, which is what a lot of the lobbies have become, so I absolutely see what Toast meant when he says he doesn't want a lobby of 12 people shouting that.
i agree with reducing lobby size but the mods aren't the problem- its the people who try to direct all the content onto them because they either have a fun idea or mechanism and it overshadows the people who are quieter who also want to benefit from the content. afterall, streaming is a business.
I haven’t really noticed any problems with SUSSY Sunday’s but maybe that’s just me. It always seems like everyone enjoys it and there’s some entertaining and big brain rounds. Treating it like a serious competition is not that fun to watch or for some people who play
There is surely no way he's talking about Sykkuno. If he was, he'd say "trolling" not "talking". And the core group of Rae, Toast, and Sykk for Among Us Toast lobbies seems pretty much chiseled in stone. If he had an issue with either of them, Toast would not mention it on stream and just talk it out. I think he's concerned with Buddha and Blaustoise. Specifically the former added very little to the lobby, acted really Sus, even when he wasn't (he didn't seem to understand how to talk himself out of suspicion). Sykk didn't even have a good day last Sunday. Things went rough for him. I think a 10-12 person lobby with less roles might be their best bet atm.
You think it’s them? I’m really beginning to enjoy Blau. But maybe you’re right. I like him better in other games. I actually love when everyone has a role. It’s hectic and unpredictable and fun as hec.
If I am being honest although i enjoyed the last sussy sunday it had a mute or off vibe compare to the others in my opinion. So I get that getting the right people is hard.
I agree some ppl troll, talk over, are overbearing sometimes but the core ppl carries these lobbies. I think blau can be a bit overbearing sometimes is the first one that comes to mind. He does across as me, me, give me attention but blau is cringe so meh. Leslie is just jester regardless and just lols imo
I think the lobby being "loud" is a good thing for all its worth, it just means they're all interested and all into it. I'm afraid there will come a time when those ppl become quiet and that's when you know they lost interest.
Into "it" as in the game or making content? Because it seems like some of them dont really care about the game specifically but only want to make more content because money.

It's just to me it seems certain people just want to play with them because of the attention it can give them so they really try to be loud to get it. That's what makes it too much to watch. I cant enjoy watching if i cant even hear/understand what they're talking about

I think the lobby just needs more rules like the Hafu lobbies. For instance I hate when towards the end of the game people ask "What's your role"?. I think it's way too easy to get impostors out asking that question. Especially if the impostor slips and says a role that someone already has. It's taking the easy way out. Another rule is no talking over someone. That should be a pretty simple rule to follow. Don't follow it and you won't get invited again. Simple. Rules make the game more enjoyable for everyone.
