I'm not gonna lie I got a little emotional hearing Tobey talk about Spiderman 4 actually happening. The trilogy means so much to me and getting another film full of memories and lessons to cherish would be perfection. All I can hope is that he shows up in Doctor Strange ll and that if he is in No Way Home, they don't ruin his character.
I love the whole trilogy of Tobey Spider-Man movies, even Spider-Man 3. Yes, it has a lot of flaws, but it's still enjoyable to me and there are still legitimately GOOD scenes in it. And hey, Tobey still got more movies than Andrew!!!
Damn none of the MCU movies ever got treatment like this. Those Raimi movies were the biggest thing in Hollywood Superhero genre. With No Way Home being such a success the only thing I think that can come close to it would be a Spiderman 4 by Sam Raimi. Other than that it's gonna be a long time until the box office sees another movie that's an event like this.
Well for those who are watching this in 2020, I've heard rumors saying that Toby Maguire will be returning soon to Dr. Strange 2 and that he has to be in it. I don't know about you but I'm quite excited for this if it is true. I'm am both Toby and Andrew Garfield fans
