I use BAL waterproof plus. Sets in 2 hours then you can tile straight on top. Great work by the way. Going to look good when it’s finished!

Thanks for tge great upload Bro. Quick question is why did you not bandage around the edge of the shower tray to the walls? Surely that's where any leaks in the future will run down behind the tile into that gap?? Cheers

Beautiful work on bridging that gap with the lean mix. Didn't know screed could be used on anything with a gap like that! How do those slimline shower trays work upstairs when you can't cut through joists to sit it flush with the floor?
