They should've shown a close-up of Powell when Todd was talking about possibly having a future. It was obvious that he was talking about a future with Rebecca. It would've added something to the scene if we could've seen Powell's reactions to Todd's comments.
This is a great scene with a lot of talent. You can tell how much the characters of Todd and Rebecca cared for each other and that Powell could sense it and hated it.
@jacarly98 UM..Rebecca was never gang-raped..she is totally spitting in Marty's face..there is forgiveness and then there is reality...and Marty does forgive Todd later on....
@@Ilove13Ev Todd would never forgive himself either. As for him never changing, I don't blame Todd for trying to kill Jr. and killing Irene they both deserved it I'm sure even Marty would agree.
@@Ilove13Ev I know marty never said the words " I forgive u todd " but by 95 after their fire dude chat they finally got their closure. Plus she calls todd to Ireland to help her. She also bought him a Celtic cross for bravery. When blair told Marty todd was dead she dropped the flower pot in shock. She did not look happy he was dead. Not that him saving the man she fell in love with , patrick meant they were square at all but I think that act at the time went a long way. When he returned in 96 she told him she thought he changed & wasnt that same man ( who raped her ) & in Starr's custody case she said " I've tried to forgive him " so it sounds like she def did not feel he was the same monster that raped her.
@izzatluv And now after all this time it looks like he isn't Todd. I will be severely pissed off if they still make him Todd. TSJ is the complete opposite of Todd, and with Roger back it's just so obvious even though he hasn't stepped foot in Llanview or said more then a dozen words that he is acting more like Todd then Podd ever did.
