@@devilvyper3891 Deku stopped fighting smart at the end which was why they had a big clash. If deku had just swiped his hand like before in another round when todoroki used fire or made a fist instead of a "high five" that explosion would have been blown away/blown out.

I doubt it. The characters even comment in how it was much smarter for him to use his fingers rather than fists
