I prefer the cushion of the mids, but the lows do offer some advantages in the lacing system and ease of putting them on. Thankfully, I'm one of the people who don't experience heel slippage in the lows at TTS.

AE 1 Mid are where it's at for sure, I have ten pairs :D I did also pickup the other lows though and will wear them casually. Great review!

Just returned my ascent mids earlier today. I have the mural low’s and I honestly like the low’s better.
