Toga has always been a top pick but she has been a whole other beast since that Beta Buff. The moment I started to forget about it I had my entire shields broke off one tap of that Beta Skill and I knew I had to try her out again and see how Amazing Toga really is. Toga has the most Versitlity in the game being able to turn in to anyone as well as an Amazing Beta that does Great Damage and as long as you hit it, it practically NEVER has a cooldown which is Insane! Her Alpha skill is really good as well being one of the longest Ranges in the game and doing solid damage as well! Her only real weakness is Vertical Movement.. but she can turn into anyone soo no weakness!
