A man's GOD-CHOSEN wife is his help-meet. So whatever his calling is, her calling is to help him fulfill that. In some cases (e.g., Priscilla and Aquilla), the woman is in the "lead teacher" role. You need to listen to God and read the Bible more for YOUR marriage, and learn how to judge others' marriages CORRECTLY.
Is God calling every husband and wife in town to the pulpit ministry? Is God calling pastors whole family into the pulpit ministry, and to be secretly on church salary?
What is wrong with the churches? Nobody can preach in the pulpit, but husband and wife co- pastors, their family members, and those who pay big money in their church.
