Please Nam and Pham Thu, don't forget my earlier suggestion to construct a table and chairs for you to use during your meal times, nomore squatting or sitting on the floor while you are eating. It would be more convenient abd comfortable. Use also GAS STOVE with your cooking and not cooking on the ground, it's so hard sitting on a low stool while cooking. Construct a small table where you could use to place your Gas Stove . . . Please do this to help you be relieve of your discomfort and to make do things easier . . . okay.
