I'm pretty sure he got whooped many times before he can be declared city lvl, he was struggling against Genos and the 8 A-Class Heroes, albeit he won against the latter but still, he would've died to Metal Bat, he woulda got fucked up if he continued fighting Watch Dog Man, and Bang And Bomb were jumping his ass. City lvl was just pulled out ur ass eh? Don't even get me started on the other classifications, Ik MG (Monster Garou) and CFMG (Cosmic Fear Mode Garou) are strong but Universal +????

Nice animation, really well done! My only nitpick is that Toji's sword isn't some kind of instakill weapon, it "only" ignores durability to strike the soul directly. A cut like that would do absolutely nothing.
It's shocking how AI not only evolved for better sound quality and situational tone switching (sometimes), but there are also ways to record your own voice and use a filter tool to replicate the exact voice (e.g. Spongebob over that awful ukulele apology video) This is pretty concerning

to be honest i doubt toji would get taken down so easily like that, his body is enhanced to its absolute peak, he would give more of a fight but i think it'll end up a tie considering how strong garou also is. mumen rider didnt even die from getting smashed to the ground multiple times by garou and tanked them all i started world war 3 in the replies section
The power scale of OPM and JJK are in two different planes of the universe, toji max speed is subsonic or a little bit more, while garou was Hypersonic from the start, and you could already fight against Tank top master who could easily charge buildings and launch them without difficulty. I love both characters but Toji and JJK in general are a very weak universe, and even more so compared to OPM that the weakest thing is to destroy a city.
Toji doesn't have tanktpo master glass jaw mAh guy, this guy really ignores all toji feats and IQ in hidden inventory arc, by that counter atk garou made that would like do very slight damage to toji and to make it more shocking he would probably just gonna dodge that, it would be little acceptable if toji was fighting red hair garou but it's not, considering that toji cuts getos dragoniod curse that has more durable that garous face,garou face would likely to get split face from that, if the fight is accurate garou the hero hunter would probably the one who will get hunted by toji without knowing him, this fight ISN'T IT
great animation, but the impact should show more. the attacks dont look like they pack a punch and tojis death was extremely anti climactic, but the animation was good, you've got a long journey ahead of you

Garou didn't kill any of Bang's students, bruh. Idk if it's author's mistake or Garou just lie to himself but Garou pretty much never killed any human (even those guys in Hero Association)
Yeah but he always says he will kill someone even though he doesn't. Like the tank top group. He just says and does that to put the act of a monster on or to build fear into people.

The movement is so fluid, even in this lower framerate. The biggest problem I see is the lack of impact in some of the hits. Maybe some camera shake would fix it.
It’s a W animated fight but the only thing I’d say that needs improvement was that you needed to add speed to Garou like when he was blitzing Toji, it felt a lil off.
Was gonna say, no way you make Toji win simply because you really like him. That would of been a disrespect. Because even in his base form Garou still wins.
As much as I love garou, I must disagree. I'm not really in the mood to write a long ass essay explaining why garou loses, TERRIBLY. But the simple fact is that toji is more durable, has a higher battle IQ. The literal most op weapon in jjk. A fricking inventory curse and overall is just so much more experienced. Also keep in mind that toji doesn't like to fight with honor, like garou does. Toji will use every dirty trick in the book, but hey, all's fair in a fight. Even someone with advanced perception with literal 360 degree vision couldn't even see him. Toji is a trained assasin, garou is a normal human who knows martial arts techniques. I honestly can't see how garou would ever win this fight.

As I predicted 👏👏 Garou has better martial arts skills, strength wise, speed etc. and one of Garou's natural abilities is the ability to instantly absorb and copy any techniques.
I didn't actually think that garou would win because of toji's heavenly restriction, since heavenly restriction makes the user react to opponents faster than them.

By Gege's words about his superiority in physical terms above all in the verse we can assume than Prime Toji is stronger faster and more durable than Heian 20F Sukuna and FP Gojo It's all truth. Besides Garou overwhelm even that he is monster among all monsters and I would be surprised if Toji would survive few blows from him

If toji never died, megumi wouldve gotten sold to the zenin clan, we never would've seen the trio together, sukuna wouldn't have gotten into yuji, and gojo never would've been the badass we know him as. Toji was just another example of gege not giving a single fuck about his characters. He knew that even though yuji was the mc, toji and gojo were still more popular and liked, which is why he had to get rid of them. Gege doesn't know how to write a good mc.

Nah, man. That’s was punch directly in chin with insane Garou strength and speed(40 Mach or something like that). And I pretty much confident what Garou just knock him out, because he don’t kill humans.
Toji was grossly misrepresented here. I don’t care who should have won, but that was not how Toji fights at all, not by any stretch. Where was his intelligence? His aggression? Even if you argue that Garou is more capable physically, Toji always has a plan. He didn’t take Gojo down by just standing there, after all. He spent days planning and preparing, and then he used the element of surprise, a significant portion of his formidable arsenal, and every trick he could think of to get the job done. Here, he just walked up without thinking and let Garou do whatever he wanted while he just watched, and then he went down way too quickly. Not to mention, there were factual errors all over the place. I’m not going to nitpick the animation itself, because not having mastered the medium is forgivable, but there was very little research done, and like I said, Toji was gutted and disrespected to an unreasonable degree.
GOJO was no where as fast as Garou is. Honestly it's a mismatch. Garou is extremely intelligent too fighting a group of 8 people all alone whilst being heavily injured or catching upon thousands of bullets with just his flowing water technique. Garou also purposely hides his techniques so people don't understand what he will dish out. The second Toji even just tries to effectively attack Garou he will be redirected with Flowing water. Stop coping so hard and just enjoy the short fight.

The point was that he was incredibly dangerous opponent, and Toji didn’t do what he did by sitting and waiting. You’re smart enough to understand that, right? Surely, then, you can also understand why, as someone who cares deeply about writing and characters, I struggle to enjoy something that misrepresents one of my favorite characters to such a degree. It’s not even about the binary winning and losing, it’s about how the animator clearly has very little idea what makes Toji cool. Imagine if Garou just stood there while Toji styled on him. That would be annoying too, right, since Garou would never do that? Then again, though, you clearly missed the entire point of what I wrote, so you were never going to understand anything else I have to say anyway.

Felt like that one Baki 3D animation that everybody shitted on, you need to show more emotions in the attacks, especially when the characters got hit. When Garou counter attacked it just looked like Toji dodged.
ngl i need to stop see'ing so many comments praising the animation as "the holy grail" it's all 3d models and not drawings and you can see it way more vividly this time around.

You make it sound like since it's not the level of animation from a Triple AAA studio with a Huge Budget and a Entire staff of Very Skilled Artists that it's shouldn't be praised at all because of that.
