As a diehard Skies & Token fan gotta say this slapped. Hook and beat are mad addictive with a lot of replay value for me. The flow was different for Token but he did a great job and Skies did his thing. Skies looks better too, I’m excited for the album and future work from Skies.

I can tell that “Pink Is Better” is gonna be a breath of fresh air for Token. This is different from most of his catalog, but this is starting to turn into my favorite song from T. Something about token being sober to most drugs and sharing temptations to take stronger stuff, and lil skies contrasting it with his own problems with substance, is a balance of stress perfectly expressed through the music. It’s rare to see beautiful examples of hip hop and it’s legacy, but this is a wonderfully executed track that deserves such a title.

I swear everyone wants this man to be another lyrical miracle eminem clone. I'm glad he's doing songs like these, they are fire. YKD Jah killed the hook, Token & Skie's parts were FIRE. I also love how everyone is COMPLETELY discrediting the song and it's message, sad, especially from people who always want "substance" and there to be a message in every single song lmfao.

The thing I love about this song is I don't think either of you would even care if anyone liked it. This is song is a conversation with oneself in the most beautiful way, and a powerful message in overcoming learning to love yourself again.
