It's very much the small-town thing. I'm from one as well, and a large percentage of kids are drinking regularly by the time they're thirteen or fourteen, and smoking weed almost as young. There's another 13-15 year old in the hospital almost every weekend from alcohol poisoning. I love that you could see Tom attempting not to roll his eyes at the stupid woman with her activities, under his public mask, and Bill repeatedly side-stepping the weed questions.

@@Kim4evaafew days before he had overdosed on viagra then at the comet awards (2009) collien brought it up when tom said he doesn’t like talking about it, she said “i see ur up and better after ur viagra incident” tom goes “yeah i’ll probably need it for u” implying that if collien wanted to sleep with him he would have to be on viagra in order for that to happen
