Hotel! Aw, the Disneyland Hotel doesn’t have the Mickey and Minnie miniature statue figurines anymore. We snagged those when we stayed there in December 2019. They also had a pretty decorative plate that said Disneyland Hotel that we purchased. Loved that hotel! Can’t wait to stay at the MiraCosta this winter!
I only found your channel a few months ago but I’ve been obsessed ever since! I’d never even thought to visit Tokyo Disney before seeing your videos but now it’s at the top of my bucket list!
Hotel~ thank you so much for putting this up I’ve had a bad week and this has made it so so much better for me ooooh I love all the hotels and would love to just spend all my money and more hehe
Yah! I've been waiting for this video. I love attraction and park specific merch but also love hotel specific merch and WDW doesn't have enough of it IMO.
Hotel! The Celebration Hotel is SO CUTE!! I love the aesthetic. I would stay there even if it's further away. The art on the wall/ merch is by artist Joey Chou, and I LOVE his work!
TDR Explorer they really do put the most effort into all the items, in both design and quality, only downside is that it's a bit expensive, but I guess that's really most Disney things Oh and on another note, thank you always making these videos, they really do brighten my day, and I love seeing and hearing all about the parks
Hotel- thanks for another great video! I miss Japan and the Disney parks there like crazy. I can’t wait to be able to travel back and I can get a proper look at the hotels.
Hey TDR explorer, Firstly, thank you for continuing to take us all back to Tokyo Disney. Especially since we can’t travel and be there ourselves to enjoy it. So keep up the awesome content. I was also wondering if they were still doing the statues at any of the hotels? When I went there in 2018 forTokyo Disneyland’s 35th anniversary I got this really cool miniature samurai Mickey statue (there was a big one there too… wishing I got that now haha) at the Tokyo Disneyland hotel and I was hoping the next time I went back they would still be doing statues to collect. Thanks again. Your videos bring a smile to my face whenever I see them.
Thank you for watching! I don't think that statue was a hotel exclusive. The resort does have small figurines they sell from time to time, usually for New Years and other holidays so it's not specific to the hotels. They're not always available.
Last time I went to TDR I stayed at celebration and had a great time! Definitely looking to upgrade to nicer HOTEL, preferably miracosta next time!! I’m always a sucker for hotels that have resort specific merchandise!
My name is Junjiro, and I'm a RU-vid fan of Japanese food and culture. I always enjoy watching your videos. I learn so much from the way you shoot and edit! I'm looking forward to your next video!
I didn't think about that but I don't think they are reversible. If the bag was, there would have been one on display showing it reversed. That's how I see bags that are reversible displayed.
Love all the Merch there. I got myself the Plushes when they still sold the big standing ones. But the Keychains are adorable too. But they Need Hotel Chip and Dales
What a nice video! I have walked through all of the three main hotels and I have eaten at Oceano in the Mira Costa and Sherwood Garden in the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, both were wonderful but I have yet to stay there. I usually stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay which does have a store that carries some of the more generic resort merchandise; which comes in handy on the day you check out and you are waiting for your bus to arrive to take you to the airport. Great for last minute gifts. I can't wait to actually stay on property! Which is your favorite of the three? (Hotel)
I have a chip and a dale rescue ranger plush keychains from the Disney Store Japan. Since they don’t have pins, I loop an extra chain around each. I’ve discovered at least one becoming unhooked at least once each trip, and even LOST Dale at EPCOT! Thankfully a lady notice and chased me down. Can’t really replace him. Imagine if I only have one chain, instead of two!!!
Love watching your content... Finally planning a trip to tokyo.. Have you ever stayed at the disneyland hotel but stayed in the standard room not themed. I love the B&B room but might be to much or my husband.... forgot lol Hotel. :D
HOTEL...So you can buy basically the merchandise that isn't considered hotel guest exclusive? Ugh the merch is per usual awesome. I would love to say at the Tokyo Disney celebration hotel, especially with the art work from the artist joey chou
Will you be showing the Duffy Merch at DisneySea one day? All the videos I've seen on youtube are not as thorough as yours..I really like how thorough you are with showing the selection!
Maybe in the future, it's too hard to get into the Parks right now since tickets are limited and they sell out almost immediately. That's why you haven't seen me in the Parks lately :(
I don't, sorry. Things continue to change here month to month. Best thing to do is keep an eye on travel restrictions. We do our best to keep things updated on our website as things change.
Hotel! I'm sad to see that they don't have the Hotel MiraCosta pin and magnet. Hopefully it's just that they ran out of them and not because they don't make them anymore. But the omiyage cookies look really good.
Hoteru. Not a fan of the 3 resorts in one merch. That seems like a cheap out to me - like something WDW would do. The shop at The Ambassador used to be the go-to location for Resort Line (monorail) and Resort Cruiser (bus) merch.
hi Chris my favorite merchandise is at Tokyo disney hotel the other two re cool too and I think that that exclusive package is very expensive I would not buy it if I were a guest in one of those hotels
@@tdrexplorer oh, I wonder what the deal was. I remember buying tons of pins at WDW and the Disney Store before Disney decided to make pin trading a major thing. And when they did start, it was only at a few places. It’s not like they had pin boards literally everywhere. I can imagine it being tough on cast members to wear all that extra weight on a lanyard or trading bag. That’s overkill for the hobby, I think.
