Dat girl needs to think ahead of time cause even if deku let's the Ballon go he would be weightless making him float and if she stops the power he will fall and die and if she taps his she will break her hand or fingers or doesn't touch and even if she touches the force deku is going Down will give impulse Downwards so the force will be so strong he will still be pandeku.

Ironfort 9 she could make her self float as well catching him mid air and making him weightless again so by his previous force they would fall down safely.

Well that depends in what universe your talking about if your talking about real life rules him being weightless wouldn't affect the fact that he was falling if he catches him in mid air they would both go down because Deku was previously falling (Force is a b!@#% it makes stuff move). They would both go down but slowly, but if were talking about Boku no Hero rules your first statement would be false Uraraka would have not have her hand or fingers broken because she already did something like this in season 1 touching Deku while falling.
