Use Klook to get your tickets to Tokyo Disneyland & Tokyo DisneySea! affiliate.klook.com/redirect?aid=334&aff_adid=626910&k_site=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.klook.com%2Fen-US%2Factivity%2F695-tokyo-disney-resort-1-day-pass-tokyo%2F
Great video as always. Thanks for the detailed information. When I was there in Nov 2022, I bought Klook tickets, but had to print them and physically bring them to get in, and then scan them into the app AFTER I got through the turnstiles (as far as I knew/understood). Sounds like now you can add your Klook tickets before the day you enter, and just use the app to scan into the park and then immediately book your premier access, standby pass, etc. without any additional scanning. Is that correct?
October locked in - Vacation package and then 3 nights at Tokyo Disney hotel. Thank you for all your tips and videos! They’ve been a great help in booking and preparing.
Also, pray hard before visiting the park guys! Went to my first trip to Disney Sea last week and the park closes early due to Typhoon 😅😂 (on a positive note, we get to enter Fantasy Springs and rides lots of attractions)
Thank you! We are visiting this late October to experience Halloween in Tokyo Disney!!! Because of you I was able to navigate and watch out how to book tickets and reservations! Much love. Hope to see you there!❤
Thanks Chris these are great tips! Planning a trip for April, already have my flights and rooms booked. I hope to have you back on my podcast a month or so before then if you are free.
😊This is a very cute and helpful video! We will be there from the UK in October and I can't wait. We have a vacation package staying at Miracosta (!!) with a Fantasy Springs day (after watching your other videos and reading the guidebook), this is very much a "once in a lifetime" trip so we went all out. I've been saving money on my wise card and exchanging to yen for the last 4 months, good to hear I have the right choice of card to use while I'm there!
We’re booked in for a vacation package end during the first week of nov thanks to all your tips!! Can’t wait to experience it all especially with the fantasy springs extension 🤩
This was super informative, as always. This will help also with our trip for Star Wars Celebration next year. We were in Japan last year, so learned some tips but you have definitely added to our tip list. Especially since you have completely convinced us to visit Tokyo DisneySea.😁
I enjoyed hearing about your suggested restaurants in both parks! I would love a solo video on what sit down restaurants you suggest/favorites! Or even your favorite quick service restaurants/ snacks stands in both parks!❤️
Ohhh an about hour long video telling all the hacks and tips for Tokyo Disney....gotta grab my pen and paper hahahaha Thanks Chris your guide books are so helpful for planning my Disney and universal trips. Still waiting for November to open booking so I can get my hands on my tickets.
My wife and I just visited TDLR this week and this video was published the night before our first day and was so helpful. We had an amazing time at the resort and can’t thank you enough for your help. A word of advice to everyone is that if you can afford the vacation package it’s well worth it. We were able to not worry about getting onto the rides we wanted, including unlimited access and rides to Fantasy Springs.
43:38 : Thanks so much! Appreciate all the tips about the parks. My hubby and I are headed to the Tokyo Disney parks in November. I feel confident that we can navigate the days that we will be there thanks to all your videos. Thanks again!😊
Vacation Package with Miracosta for 1 night then 1 night at Disneyland Hotel and 4 nights at Ambassador for the end of December. That's why I'm here thank you for this video! 😊
Not a first timer but still loving all the tips obvi! We’re doing a VP (unlimited selected rides) this time, didn’t do a VP on previous trip so really excited! ❤
Could you do a video with tips on optimizing your time at the parks using a half day ticket? Your videos have been SO helpful as I plan my November trip!!!
Ive just booked flights for August next year...im excited and also want to puke with stress 😂😅 Great tips! I just want to make sure we enjoy everything and not get disappointed
I went to Japan 2 weeks before the golden week in 2023 and it was GREAT, very few local tourists in USJ, tokyo disneyland / sea (because all local tourists was holding back and preparing for golden week). I would highly recommend to go during that time if you can, I bought fast passes for USJ and it was a waste during that time. I only need to queue for soaring for like 25 mins. btw from my past 2 experiences: late june-early july: HOT, it will be like that till september, unless you want to see summer matsuri in Japan, don't bother october: if you like halloween, it will be great, free haunted houses in USJ (included in your admission ticket) and halloween merchandise in tokyo disneyland / sea If I can choose, I will choose during october, I love haunted houses (but if this is your first time, avoid, because some rides will turn into haunted version) and during october it was very cold, around 15 degree celcius
Hi Chris, first of all I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your great content. We are huge fans of yours and look forward to every video. We are so excited about Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea 😍. We will be in Tokyo in November 2025 and would like to prepare ourselves as best as possible for our first trip to Disneyland and would like to use your guide for the two parks. Do you already know when you will release this for 2025? Thank you in advance. ✌
Hey! I've been binge-watching your videos about Disney and USJ and have a question that's both specific and, I think, fairly common. We're traveling to Tokyo for the first time from Seattle (PST time zone), and my family-myself, my spouse, and our two daughters, ages 10 and 6-will be hitting Tokyo Disneyland on our second day and Tokyo DisneySea on the third. Given the jetlag, we expect the afternoons to be rough, and since we can't avoid starting our days early at the parks, I'm curious if you have any tips for managing it. We've been to Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida last year for Disney's 100th anniversary, so we’ve covered most of the classic rides. For Tokyo, we’re mostly excited about experiencing some exclusive attractions like the night show, Beauty and the Beast, and a few rides at Fantasy Springs. We’re also happy to use Disney’s Priority Access if needed and are familiar with the app. As a Chinese American who can read Japanese (though can’t speak or listen well) and communicate in English, I'm wondering if there are any designated areas for napping within the parks. Alternatively, is it feasible to enter the park early (thanks to jetlag), head back to our hotel near Disney for an afternoon nap, and then return around 5 or 6 PM? Thanks so much for your help and suggestions!😃
November come quickly please🤞Going to be there for 5 days (possibly an evening sunday too??? if we travel ok from Kyoto so we can buy an after 3pm entry park ticket) and staying at tokyo bay maihama hotel. I can't wait, I'm researching so much. Last thing I have to look at is DAS pass stuff
Seeing @flyingthenest on the Kook ad was cute. A great Australian couple. Chris, can you use 2 devices? So if I have my son and my own ticket scanned in on my phone, can he also have them scanned in on his phone?
can you make a video for those of us coming for star wars celebration and who are also planning on going to tokyo disneyland, how much money should we bring? what areas should we stay away from, what things should people who are visiting japan for the first time know.
Is the priority pass allowance different for rides and parades? For instance when I first arrive in the park I could book a priority pass for say poohs honey hunt and electric parade at the same time? Or do I have to wait?
Thank you for the tips especially the different passes. About the luggage transfers, we will be moving from Hilton Tokyo Bay to Keio Plaza after our Disney visit, any idea how we can get our luggage transferred? Thank you!
We will be in Tokyo Disneyland for one day and we are totally going to get the premier access passes. Is there a limit of the number of passes you can have one time?
Do you feel that it’s worth it to get a DPA for both parades? (Harmony & Electric). Or is it easy to see by standing near by? Also if we do get a DPA for both, which would you purchase first? Since you have to wait 60 minutes to purchase the next one.
Question, I'm going next month and my main goal is to see the Tangled and Frozen stuff. Do I have to be in the parks to get the premier access/standby pass. Or like if I am outside the gates at 9am but on my way in can I still sigh up for it? (I ask cuz at the US parks as long as you have a ticket for that day you can book your virtual queues outside the parks.) I guess what I am asking is do I tickets need to be scanned in for the day to get passes for Fantsey spring attractions.
does anyone know if the tokyo disney christmas 2024 will begin on november 8th 2024 this year? or will it start from november 15th 2024 ? On the official TDR website, it says Halloween 2024 ends on November 7th, but Christmas starts on November 15th. Will there be christmas decorations and christmas merch between november 8-15th 2024 this year? :( hoping not to miss on tokyo disney christmas 2024!! thank you in advance :)
Hey! I'm a first timer headed to the park tomorrow and this was a big help. Thank you!! **QUESTION**: I can't figure out where/how to add a credit card on the web browser version of my account. Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks in advance!
How do I find out when the tokyo disney vacation packages open up for February 2025? Also do you know of and recommend a tokyo disney vacation planner? Someone who reads japanese and is familiar with the website enough to make the reservations on my behalf? Or maybe a guide? All serious questions.
Does either park have actual seats for the nighttime parade/shows? I've seen where there are marked spaces on the ground. I'm old. If I sit down on the ground, I may not be able to get up again. 😮
Are 3 days the most opportune with 2 at Sea? I have a friend adamant about only needing 2 total, one at each park, but I’m nervous about not having enough time for all of DisneySea’s offerings, especially with Fantasy Springs…
I am trying to book a room at Fantasy Springs Hotel for December. It is impossible! I have been online the day reservations opened 4 months ahead and keep checking multiple times ever since. There isn’t a single room! Help!
Yes Fantasy Springs is already sold out. I booked yesterday for Christmas and a lot of rooms from the others hotels are also sold out. I think is very important to plan everything in advance. At least I've got a Vacation Package with the Fantasy Springs land access but staying at Miracosta
18:00 I disagree, Taxi from Haneda to TDR is the best way, its only 23 minutes and affordable. Of course Narita is a different animal, being that its not tokyo, its really the other side of Chiba SO DONT TAKE THE TAXI FROM THERE. (btw: 23 yrs living here in Japan) 28:43 End of September is the best time to visit (AFTER SILVER WEEK) , less chance of rain, moderate weather etc... 36:18 and YES, why on earth do our fireworks suck? I mean, Japan is famous for summer fireworks but for some reason our TDR fireworks are nowhere near the US parks. shame...
HI Chris, great video but I disagree on Baymax. The ride is fun but not worth the long wait, coz it's so popular with the Japanese. I queued for over an hour for Baymax and the ride kinda only felt like Teacups version 2.0. It's fun, but the queues are way too long for the short & simple ride
