Tokyo DisneySea is a park unlike other Disney Parks. It is one of the most beautifully designed parks, with innovative structures surrounding a massive lagoon. It is a special park!
I visited DisneySea in May 2024, one month prior to the opening of Fantasy Springs. It rained the entire day, so crowds were a little thinner than normal. I planned extensively for the trip by downloading the Disney App and learning about Happy Entry and Premier Access Passes. The result was the creation of a one-day touring plan, which I have shared below. You will probably want to adapt it to suit your needs and to incorporate Fantasy Springs, which is now open.

Eat Big Breakfast
Arrive at Happy Entry 1 hr before posted time
9am: Soaring (when in line, request early entrance to Big Band Beat and purchase Toy Story premier pass. Optional: purchase Believe! Sea of Dream Priority Access Pass)
9:20am: Journey to the Center of the Earth
9:40am: 20,000 Leagues
10am: Indiana Jones Adventure (single rider lane)
10:30-11:30: Any of these that have low lines: Electric Railway, Transit Steamer, Venetian Gondolas, Big City Vehicles
--Grab Snack
12:00: Big Band Beat (If do not win lottery, get in walk up line)
1:15: Tower of Terror
2:00: See afternoon parade at Lagoon
3:00: Eat meal at restaurant with pre-reservation
3:30: Use Toy Story Premier Pass
4:00-5:00: Aquatopia, Nemo Searider, Turtle Talk and/or Carousel
6:00: Mermaid's Lagoon

6:45: Find place to watch Believe! Sea of Dreams or go to priority access to watch.
7:15 Watch Believe! Sea of Dreams
After show options: Go on Raging Spirits, visit Teddy Roosevelt or Magellan's Lounge for cocktails
8:30 Fireworks
