Lovely video, thanks for sharing. The chilled jazz background is a great fit for the refined aesthetic of that tier of Japanese establishments. (That shot of the Kurama River creek @12:22... Stunning) (I think you mean _Nishiki_ market)
Awww we really appreciate your thoughtful comment :’) that creek shot is my favorite too and yes!! totally meant nishiki market while in kyoto haha, thanks for catching!
Yes- I’d recommend nishimuraya for the overall experience! personally I think the food is great buuut if you’ve tried a lot of kaiseki already it might not blow you away :’)
Love your style and the beauty of your shots. If I can make a suggestion-can you slow down of the transitions in your montages? They go by too fast for me to appreciate the beauty of your work.
Not gonna lie, I would have used the private bath a TON. Just rinse, soak, cold rinse, snack, repeat all night. I'd stop by a combini or ask the concierge for a big bottle (like 2 liter jug) of milk to keep me thru 10 consecutive soaking cycles. The private bath is just really nice because there's no time-crunch or worries about crowds.
Hahaha I love this 😂💕 Honestly sounds like the ideal night. The unfortunate thing about the private bath is that it isn’t hot spring water! :/ The town actually doesn’t allow private rooms to have their own onsen baths
