We recently had a fire in the studio space and we haven't had access to our full studio for about a month (we still don't) But we wanted to upload something for you guys, so I hope you enjoy this stripped down version of Tokyo Ghoul:re's 2nd opening, Katharsis. This song really hits home and this English cover just made me relate to it even more. I feel as though I can’t move on because of my past, it gets in my way of my lover. The lyrics really help me to know that I’m not alone

This has to be my favourite cover of Katharsis on RU-vid, to the point it got seventh place on my Spotify Top Songs 2020 playlist.

This cover seriously makes me want to cry. To me, the worst kind of love is one wherein you want to hate the one you love so you can stop loving that person. Hurt me so I can learn to hate you. This song literally makes me think of that.

This is the saddest and most relatable version of Katharsis I have heard. I have so many physical and mental disorders (cranialsynostosis, ulcerative colitis, epilepsy, autism, adhd, bipolar, depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia) and it makes every argument I have with anyone make me feel as if I'm the antichrist and just want to destroy myself to make sure he doesn't win. Unravel and Katharsis from Tokyo Ghoul are my anthems cause of it, and boy is this cover the one that hits the most. Thank you for all your hard work. Keep it up. 😌
