This is Tokyo Summerland a place out in the middle of no where in west Tokyo. It's a hybrid waterpark/amusement park that is only open in the hotter seasons. This is a relic of a forgotten age in Japan.

It was amazing! You should check the conversation rate from usd to yen right now the USD is crazy high and the yen is super low so it makes things a bit cheaper.
