☆About InterContinental - ANA Tokyo, an IHG Hotel☆ 🌸 A room with club lounge is really nice. 🌸 You don’t need to buy or eat out if you have club lounge access. 🌸 A room with Tokyo Tower view is awesome. 🌸 It takes a lot of time for check-in and check-out. (Depends on the day) 🌸 The hairdryer was sticky and dirty somehow… Thank you for watching and subscribing to my channel☺ I'd like to hear your opinion on this video and which area you would love to visit! Please comment below.x
Somebody was probably careless with their hairspray 😒 That was an amazing view! 🫨🗼Those items in the minibar are truly dangerous! 😳💸 Looking forward to your next adventure 😁👍
Honestly, a croissant in a regular bakery in my small city (in France) is around 1.20€ (169 Yen). Pierre Gagnaire is a really famous figure in France and if you compare to prices in Paris (since you are in Tokyo) for similar range of quality, around 1.70€/1.90€ (250 Yen) it is actually not expensive, which is crazy lol. See you on Friday ! Fun fact, or not, you were just behind Joe Allam, a photograph/youtuber at the start of the video on the street.
Already hopelessly planning my Japan trip, don't think I've got enough holiday days left for all the beauty I want to see. Again such a great video! That view, damnnnnn🥰🥰🥰
The view was amazing! Thank you for getting up early to show us the sunrise. It's a pity about the sticky hairdryer. I wonder if the previous guest used too much hairspray and it got on the hairdryer?
Thank you for the video ! The hotel look really nice. I have booked for two nights stay there in early-March and really looking forward to enjoy room and lounge there.
Very cool video Anna ...food looked amazing and loved the night view of Tokyo 😍. Thanks for all your hard work..have a wonderful weekend..take care and stay safe 🤗😘💕
Hi Anna; I'm glad that the snow has not reached you in Tokyo and the streets are clear. There is something very rewarding, hearing the sounds like drawers opening and closing, and the enticing clinking of tiny costly bottles in the mini bar! The room and view I thought looked luxurious and I think would put you in a good mood. Did you mind waiting for check out and check in? The hairdryer incident wouldn't please me, since you had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Did they say anything like an apology or thankyou when you brought it up? The day and night view from your room and seeing the Japanese garden would have brightened the mood for me! Take Care and Keep Well, Safe and Happy!🍀💐🍀🐰🍀💐🍀
Did they say anything like an apology or thankyou when you brought it up? →yes, yes they did. Did you mind waiting for check out and check in? →usually I don't mind but on the next day, I had the plan to take a shinkansen...so it was no no for me :/
@@travelloveranna I was sorry to hear that, I can tell you plan things very well. I am very impressed with all the footage you have to capture and then edit, add dialogue and finish to your standards to put on You Tube. I hope you are feeling well and the cold hasn't become too much for you. Stay warm and happy.🤗😴😊
Hi Anna. You were lucky to get a room with the Tokyo Tower view. It looked amazing. A bit of a shame you had to wait for your room to be ready and also a while for you to check out. Plenty of restaurants and facilities for guests staying in the hotel. It might be a bit pricey but I liked it. Take care of yourself and have a great weekend.
Looks really good and the view is beautiful especially the night view of Tokyo tower. I really like how everything was glowing. The lights were beautiful. I really like the garden during the breakfast. With that said it's a shame about the hair dryer which it seems like you were lucky to get the window view of the Tokyo Tower but unlucky about the dryer. Whilst it seems like a very rare moment where they missed something like this which is important but hopefully you enjoyed everything else. Whilst everything looks great and all I feel for the rest of just if we were to travel we should look at other cheaper options. I don't think this was quite worth the price compared to the other hotels you have shown us. Though a very nice experience of course. Thanks for showing us these videos I really enjoy it!
Thank you always for your filming and work.😍 I'm trying to incorporate some of your channel's concepts into a walking video on my channel. I am learning through your videos. I will continue to support your work.👍💜💜
another great video as always hotel looks amazing and luxury room looks good and spacious the views look amazing tapas looks so delicious and drinking with a view beautiful sunrise breakfast is weird but looks so yummy cant wait to try
The afternoon tea looked terrific. The room as well and the view at dinner, wow. A Japanese breakfast is, for a Westerner, very getting used to. The thing with the hairdryer should not have happened, I think.
For In-hotel Coca-Cola about triple the price outside, you’re better off sneaking a few in on your person at check-in. Then put in fridge (pretty sure this class of hotel does not have a vending machine/convenience store around it).
Arigato! I thought the price for such a fancy hotel in Tokyo, with the view and all the club lounge food etc, was a bargain. Here in Toronto Canada, a hotel like that would cost a fortune (1 night $250 CD and no food, no bath, no pool, and $400 dollar deposit in advance!!!!!). I stayed at Intercontinental in this city two years ago, and for what I got for the price was terrible. Japanese hospitality is by far some of the most superior I have ever seen. That's why I love travelling with you on your adventures!
Japan is a wonderful country on my list to visit next. Although I’ve been having massive problem with ANA business class availability flying out of JFK. Not sure what’s going on with ANA capacity at the moment.
Stay at The Okura! LOL. You can see it on your window. Did you stay at Intercontinental Tokyo Bay & ANA Intercontinental on back to back nights? Love your videos.
Hi Anna. This looks like a good hotel and the afternoon tea looks amazing and so tasty! Someone may have gotten some type of styling product on the hair dryer, but the people who clean the rooms should have cleaned it off before you checked into the room.
Absolutely beautiful it is. I wish I would like to go and visit Japan one day because I really loved that kind of hotel like that one because it's one of the best luxury hotels in the capital elsewhere in the world and it's a very pleasant video to see. 😁
The Tokyo Tower at night looks so cool, Anna. By the way, have you watched the show I told you about, Alice in Borderland? If not, in your spare time, you should watch it.
Another nice hotel! I don't know, but it seems like the previous ill-mannered guest used hair gel or hair oil and the cleaning stuff didn't check it. haha Have a nice day, Anna!
Wish you could ride the Sunrise Seto or Izumo to its respective terminus soon, and view the snowy landscapes, in hopes to give yourself some inspiration from Kuga Travel
@@travelloveranna I know, but you should try another private room berth onboard the Sunrise Express in January or February for the snowy landscape views. The last time you did it was in the first class berth

it seems that ANA has strong partnership with either IHG or Intercontinental hotel brand. I’ve seen so many hotels affiliated with ANA in Japan. Do you, by any chance, know why?
@@travelloveranna Ah ive seen livestreams with that happening even some people walking on the street and stopping and wondering what to do ☹️. It doesnt seem pleasant and one must feel reealy uneasy when that happens.
I wouldn't go here personally, because I don't care about such levels of luxury. For those who do, it seems like a pretty good hotel. They do have to make sure the hair dryer is clean though. I'd be pretty cross if it wasn't and I paid ¥50K for a night. I do appreciate a good city view though, but there are other hotels that provide rooms featuring a similar view, surely.
I really do not understand how a fancy hotel like this is so inefficient that you have to wait for check-in, check-out and that there is a line that huge for breakfast. That doesn't even happen in a regular hotel. If you are paying good money for a room wouldn't you be pissed at that?
Damn, it's a luxury hotel but they cannot hire an italian consultant for five minutes! The "four cheeses" pizza is written "Quattro formaggi" not "Quatro". And do not get me started with "parmesan" rather than "Parmigiano Reggiano" or "Grana Padano" or just "Grana"!!! 🤣
