Well, there are plenty of elevated ones all around tokyo. Many of JR lines are partially elevated. But i get your point too. This yurikamome is quite different from others.
Been there twice back in 2013 and 2017. I miss Tokyo so much. Way too many things to do in Tokyo. Nowhere in the world i felt safer. Ima have to save up to go back to my dear Tokyo.

@@Txkyohoshi ну по тихонько все меняется. В моем районе сделали везде дорожки и новый дороги тротуары и даже с этой желтой линией для слепых иногда. Понимаю что не везде но я вижу что многое меняется и это не может не радовать. Вот недавно у друга был у них там всю улицу ремонтируют и алею перестраивают
Tokyo is a city designed insanely well! I love the architecture and engineering of the city overall, not to forget the very advanced use of technology in many aspects of life. I hope someday I can visit Tokyo and experience this. The metro network in my city, although quite efficient, can definitely pick up something from Tokyo as well.

I need a metro line like this in Mexico City for connecting Santa Fe with Periferico Sur and Xochimilco on an elevated trackway! It would be so genial to sight all the skyscrapers from a driveless trains all along the line between Perisur and Santa Fe, crossing Perisur Mall, Kidzania, the Historical Restoration Center, the Royal Pedregal Hotel and the Highway of the Sun...

There is a night version of this same video. After I watched it, I was sure I had been transported into the world of Blade Runner. Just blew my mind. How could Tokyo by so advanced, and the rest of the world - including the US - so crude and barbaric. I miss Japan. They have developed so much since the end of the war. Who knows what they will be in 100 years.....

Tokyo Bay looks so beautiful during the late evening hours. And it is a very worthwhile ride , Surprisingly, the ticket price was also around 720 yen , which was during 2013 . Yeah, it was some long ago. And I didn't try it after that.
