I remember I played this song at school while I was playing soccer and my friends said it was a foul for him so I asked if I could please do it and wait away from the ball letting me shoot it and I hitted a knuckle ball and it was like left right left right and it was a top bin (no cap took me 5 minutes no cap on god this is true)
It was Friday, August 16th 2024 at probably about 11:30am and I was on a car journey to a holiday park next to a small village 1 hour and 30 minutes north west of Glasgow. We would be there for a week. It was our 8th annual time going there. I was so excited We had been in the car since 9:07am. We were about half way through the Carlisle to Glasgow motorway stretch, involving mainly the A74(M) and M74. So we were somewhere near Abington, where the lovely Southern Uplands are. I had recently added this song to my playlist, which I listened to for most of this journey. Anyway, this song came on in the middle of the motorway stretch and it was just perfect. Everything. The views, the huge motorway, how I felt about the next 7 days, and how this song was perfectly matching that. For me, this song is now a staple in remembering that journey and is the song of the A74(M). It’s not the first time I’ve related a song I was listening to to a road I was on, but this is one of the best matches I’ve made.
