It’s hard when you are so independent... to give someone the ability to hurt you but trusting them not to. I got married to my husband after 7 yrs and I was so looking forward to being his wife, but when we got married... I was so afraid! I was afraid he would flip on me and change and I was afraid he would try to control me.... it’s scary to have to rely on someone, he asked me to let him take care of me... it’s the scariest thing since I’ve never had anyone ever take care of me! I’ve always taken care of myself and never had to rely on anyone... it’s been over 10 yrs now only time I felt some type of way was cause of PPD after having my son.... but when they really love you they love you at your worst too 💛
