Hey Paul. Nice front elevation. Lovely open concept. Love that circular dining. Garage right into the kitchen. Storage under the stairs. Amazing backyard, pool, covered lanai. 1/2 bath. Front bedroom and bath tucked in privately. Beautiful upstairs loft. A whole 2nd living room. Spacious laundry, primary , en-suite and closet. The only problem is 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. Maybe a Jack n Jill between the first 2 bedrooms. Other than that; a lovely home. Balcony off the loft. Backyard truly massive. Fire pit. Lots of areas for loungers. Can plant those fruit trees.
