Amrullah has not left Kabul; he did not leave Afghanistan, he fought against Taliban before US presence, and he will fight them long after US leaves..and so will the real people of that land... being against Dr Najib is not that same as being pro-Pakistan. Najib was a big traitor whom talked tough but in the end tried to escape whilst giving everything to Gulbudinees. The slaves of Iran were smashed...in 1992-1995. Amrullah is not scared of Taliban or US...he has made this clear for long time.
Saleh is very clear in his position. He says, Taliban are a group not a State (Emirate). We can talk to them as a group, not as an Emirate. There is a huge difference between group and Emirate. Taliban in Qatar claimed themselves as a state (Emirate of Taliban). This is not acceptable and should never be. Taliban are mercenaries fighting for Pakistan. If there is an ideology it only amongst a small group. why a nation should bow done to a groups agenda and wish?
Totally agree with you brother. Unfortunately, the Afghan government policy in recent years has led to a greater legitimacy for the Taliban. Taliban were all gone and all They could effort were doingsome suicide attacks, but today They have an offical office and talking abt sitting down with the U.S. and talk, while they dont even count the afghan goverment Whom actuelly made it all possible for them to open the office. As far as he shows in this talk show, he is against division of the country and that is his case here. Please clear your position by facts and logic- at least for yourself.
My drea friend, first of all, you have to understand that this is absolutley not abt any ideology. This is a big regional political game, in which the Pakistani goverment and ISI is deeply involved in. Even the US goverment are deeply involved in this game as we all know. Taliban would be gone sooner that you even can imagine without the back of from ISI and even the British and US help. There is a political will in Washington that a group under the name of taliban has to exist in Afghanistan.
I am Pashtoon myself. I love and respect Amrullah Saleh for his clear vision and intelligence. I am closely following Green Trend, would love to join it once I study it closer. All the best to this man and his vision for a United Afghanistan.

How he came to dominate afghan politics and deciding about redefining our border and national interests while he is still a slave boy of America. You totally missunderstood him. He is saying clearly that giving taliban the Power to rule in some specific parts of Afghanistan is a step forward to divide the country, and he gives Wazirestan and Lebanon as examples. So actuelly he is very against Dividing the country, we are all one and will always be.
Khorasan was present day Iran and maybe parts of Afghanistan, you don't consider yourself Afghan, you are welcomed to move to Iran or other countries, Afghanistan is for those who considering themselves Afghan if they speak Dari or Pashto. If Taliban change up and stop obeying Pakistan, they too can join the afghan government, Pashto and Dari were our national language, and they are still now. Daud Khan did so much to civilize Afghanistan and he wanted to do more, and so did Najib.

If it was not for the true Mujahideen and the Pushtoon, half of your family would be the Russians and the British. Pushtuns are not another tribe, DNA shows that they are of Iranic background who have lived in present Afghanistan for thousands of years. The Russians invaded Mazar e Sharif in support of Amanullah; and Habibullah Kalakani gave 3000/8000 Shaheed to remove the Russians from the north. Do not try to promote this false idea that Pashtuns played some role against Russian. Russian expansion was opposed by British. Pashtuns of today are majority Turkish origin, & their culture is not Aryan culture. They don't celebrate Nauroz & instead are more like nomadic turk & mongol tribes. One other thing, Maiwand was won by Hasan Ali Pansjhiri.

Jirga is the backbone of Afghan political culture , to help a just and viable solution enough for all sides involved in the conflict. Irresponsible radical opportunist people like salih is killing our stability for his personal gains a positive step has barely been made before another setback takes place. You talk utter shit. Yes Saleh fought against Pakistan turning Afg into 5th province. And the group he was part of - Massoud's group - they fought against USSR...USSR lost most of its troops to Massoud. The ISI together with Gulbudin and dirty Khalqi Pashtuns whom were slaves of USSR but they switched to ISI - like Shanwaz Tanai, Manokai Mangal - because of ethnic goals. The land of and history of that land is Khurasan - it will not be Pashtunised - despite British given name of Afghanistan.

Neither Dari or Pashto are the "original" languages of Afghanistan. Dari was the language of the Sassanid royal court and Pashto is a mix of ancient Greek and sanskrit and both belong to the region. There were two major civilizations in modern day Afghanistan that often blended together, one on the Oxus and one on the Indus. The Oxus river outlines the northern border of Afghanistan and most descendants of those people live in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. If you don't like the name of "Afghanistan" then change your own stupid "tajikistan" and "Uzbekistan" back to Khorasan as those two countries were more centered in that era anyway.

Kuchis whom entered plains of Katawaz after going through Gomal Pass, would say they have entered Khurasan. This is documented from 150 years ago. All of present Afghanistan is Khurasan, & its only national unifying language is PARSI e DARI. The Pashtuns spread from regions north of Quetta - after Timour e Lang destroyed Khurasan. Pashtu promotion has served to divide the land & to enable USSR+Pakistani interventions. Daoud was dictator whom closed parliament & started past 40 years of tragedy.

You dont know what you are talking about. The majority of the USSR war was in three places. Area between Mazar i Sharif to Feyzabad and Kabul. This triangular area is where Massoud was most active. USSR lost most of its soldiers against this area. 2nd area was HERAT-Sabzwar(shindand). 3rd area was the road between Kabul and Kandahar. Some minor battles happened in other places also - but majority was in N.East Afg. Do not talk Puta Khazana style - study the real history - not ISI propaganda.
The true Mujahideen were in the 80s when they fought against the Russians, now they are just a bunch of ISI and Qatar government slaves, they are nothing on their own. There is no true Mjahid, only those who are a shame and disgrace to Islam and Afghanistan. If a person is a true Mujahid, he starts from his home and his family, then help the society, not destroy it.
The Russians lost most of their soldiers to Tajiks. Majority of war took place in areas NorthEast (MazariSahrif-Fezabad-Kabul); West (Herat-Sabzwar); Kabul-Kandhar road. On, British wars; remember Shah Shuja came via Kandahar with his British army unopposed by locals; it was Tajiks of Kohistan that defeated British in Kabul & disarmed them & made to leave. Only then the Ghilzai got brave & looted & killed the defeated & disarmed remnants. You would be Pakistani if it was not for real Khurasanis.
Ghurshah What is the "land of khorasan" exactly? The term "Afghan" is ancient and there are 50 million ethnic Afghans who live in and have ruled over Afghanistan for hundreds of years. That's why it is called the land of the Afghans. In ancient times we all spoke Greek anyway and neither Dari or Pashto even existed. If you are so into the name "Khorasan" why don't you change the name of your own country "Tajikistan" to Khorasan? Or "Uzbekistan" to Khorasan. Khorasan was on the Oxus river and spread all the way past modern day Iran. Why leave all these countries and only change the name of Afghanistan? Can you explain your logic here? If you want every country from Tajikistan through Iran to come together and reform an ancient land you know as "khorasan" that is one thing, otherwise it's as stupid as changing the name of California to "Spain" and it will never happen. Barak Zai Persian is the language of the land - and has nothing to do with being pro Iranian or racist. It is the language of unity within that land - the language of the majority of that land and finally it is the language which can legitimately compete against the languages of the hegemony in our region.e. That Afghanistan that you are thinking of is today ENTIRELY in Pakistan. This is the reason why the overwhelming majority of Pashtuns live in Pakistan to this day - since their origin is there. These major population of Pashtun have NOT dominated anything - they either lived outside of any place of civlization - or were ruled by Sikhs and British and today Punjabis. So let me ask you - why don't you endless boasters rename and make your REAL Afghanistan in that place where it was in fact located ? How is it the area where most of the Pashtuns live is today not called Afghanistan - if Pashtun dominated anything ? The Durrani whom took leadership role - did not do it on the basis of Pashtun rule. They had to become Persian speaking and unite with Persians of this land in order to have any legitimacy and together with these ppl they would fight against others - and these others most of all consisted of Pashtuns. The people who were dominant were the ones who's language others spoke... but these people - are not racist by nature - since their religion is against racism - do not boast like a bunch of ignorant tribals. They mostly moved beyond tribalism more than 1500 years ago - and created many civilizations. These people are the Tajiks - and as the real owners of that land - have consistently fought to keep it free - be it against Russians or be it against Taliban (Punjabee+Pashtun slaves of British). Like I said the only legitimately Afghan land is in Pakistan....The current misnamed Afghanistan is the HEART of that Khurasan. It is the land which remained free the most. Till relatively recently most people did not care about ethnicity and all this talk in the land - what mattered is how people behaved with each other - and this was better and more decent ( at people to people level) than any other time in history. The only difference a new leader would bring to their lives would be who's name was mentioned in the Khutbah of Jumah prayers. They just had clean hearts and they did not realise the source of their miseries - out of naivety. But those days are behind us - and now a big revolution is taking place. You will see - Khurasan will be reinforced by the crises that will come post 2014. It would have come sooner had the US not invaded in 2001 - since the people were on verge of total nationwide uprising against them.
