Everyone knew he was quick we just thought Pavlovic was Ngannou 2.0 but arguably scarier. Plus quick turnaround and previous injury against Blaydes. Glad I was proven wrong tho, from the many interviews I’ve seen Tom seems like an all around decent and grounded individual.
@joshL28 I honestly thought Pav being Russian Ngannou was an insult to his actual fight game. Pav was a strong volume boxer with an iron chin, he was more Max Holloway with his high output striking with HW KO power.

I learned a lot from Tom tonight. Side to side movement. Move to the right, kick the lead calf. Immediately move left, fake high jab, fire low jab and high cross. Then lead left hook and straight right high. I’ll be drilling that and hitting it in sparring.
Sergei is like Gaethje….has a solid wrestling background (Greco) but prefers to go for the KO. Wish these guys would use their wrestling to wear down their opponents before viciously KOing them…instead of being susceptible to the KO themselves!
Kind of cool from this angle you can see that tom and his dad kind of reacted the same way in closing there eyes and slamming themselves to the ground when they knew they won lol
If you are really mma fans I want your opinion they way Tom moves reminds me a little bit of Frank mir because mir was a big guy and moved pretty good Tom obviously faster but the way he was like n moving his body and feet back and fourth reminded me of Frank mir

Refs are jumping in too quick, the fighters don't get a chance to get back up and the refs are sitting on them, this needs to change. Let the fighters execute a definite win before jumping in.
The first one-two wobbled him and then the next dropped him, and then he proceeded to take several hammer fists to the head undefended, it was a definite win lol
Tom vs Gane, best fight to make. He didn't beat Curtis blades yet.. so his wrestling is yet to be tested. And likes of Stipe, Jones, Francis are way too good for him.
