Tom Brady hit another milestone in his loss to the New Orleans Saints last night, but it’s one he would probably rather forget, since it was his first shutout since 2006 and the only time in his career he has been shut out at home. In the Saints' 9-0 win over Tampa Bay, TB12 never found a rhythm and was sacked four times. He ended the contest just 26-of-48 for 214 yards, an interception and a lost fumble. It just goes back to football is the ultimate team sport. Tom Brady has been blessed to have a top 10 defense almost every year of his career, the goat TE, the goat coach, the previous goat kicker, great WRs etc. it’s nothing to go against his greatness because he is the goat, but he didn’t win all the SBs single handedly. I think he’s the goat winner, a goat level IQ and leader, but I don’t think he’s the greatest QB. He’s a goat winner because of a mixture of all the above and him being a great QB

wow tom is actually having to deal with a little bad luck for the first time in his career. 17/20 seasons he's had a top 10 scoring defense, fumble gate, seahawks not running on the goal line, last year the horrible calls against GB and him throwing 3 picks and still winning. He's scored 13,21,24 in super bowls and won lmfao! Like the defense still held them to 9 points and he couldn't get it done cause a few guys were out. Mac Jones is proving already in his rookie season that it doesn't take some elite talent to win in NE when you have those coaches and that defense. And that division is a lot tougher now than it was the majority of bradys tenure there.

The saints just seem to have our teams number during regular season games period. We had alot of key players injured or not playing so that didn't help either but the saints won fair and square. Well played saints and congratulations on your win.

Skip acts like the Saints had ZERO injuries. Tom "see Skip for excuses" Brady just played a bad game. Goat or not, he stunk up the joint on this day. Period. Threw a pick, lost a fumble, 4.5 yards/completion....just awful (on this day). Then there's Skip, manufacturing excuses like no other...injuries, he's 44 years old, they have his number, yadda yadda yadda. Hill is a bum until he beats Brady, then Skip is "look at these throws!!"

Well i ended up watching the video, but I don’t really feel he trashed him. He did criticize his performance and said he was bad, but quickly started to emphasize the injuries. The injuries are a valid reason, but he never does that for Belichick and the Pats. I remember after the Pats-Bills game he said on his twitter feed that basically Jones sucks because he didn’t throw into a 50 mph win, and Brady would have taken over that game.

Saints have their # because they have 3cb's in the starting lineup that would be a #1 on most teams. The safeties are great in coverage as well. Their strength is man to man and you can play that against Brady who isn't a threat to run. Mobile Qb's like Jones and Hurts force them to play zone and they are prone to miscomunication errors
