Pro Football Focus updated their quarterback ranks through 9 weeks of the season with Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson taking the top 2 spots. Despite coming off his worst game of the season though, Tom Brady still held on to 3rd thanks to his big-time throws and turnover-worthy play percentage being in the top 3 of all QBs. Right below Brady at 4 is Patrick Mahomes, due to what PFF has called an inconsistent season for the reigning Super Bowl MVP. “It should’ve been an interception,” and “they shouldn’t have scored on that play” are TERRIBLE excuses. That’s not football, either it happened or it didn’t, you can’t grade people on what you think statistically should have happened. These people are grading QB’s on what should have happened by percentage rather than what did happen. If that’s how things worked, why even play the game? Whoever is favored should just have the win, and the other team should just take the L. It’s stupid logic. Anyone honestly saying Brady has outplayed Mahomes either is not being honest, or isn’t watching the games seriously. And I say that as a Raiders fan.

I mean, it isn't terrible that he is biased, what makes it so bad is that he can't even give any other players their applause when they do something great or have a good performance. If Skip goes on and on about Brady having a great game or Kawhi having a 40 point triple double, Shannon can give him his props. Meanwhile if LeBron or Mahomes does the same thing or better, he will not give them any applause ever and instead wants to bring up previous stats and stuff like that.

They are more costly to a quarterbacks performance. Some interceptions aren't the fault of the quarterback, just like some incomplete passes should've been interceptions.
