yep, let the man have his personal life. He seldomly does bad movies and he's an excellent actor. I really like that he does sci-fi, wouldn't be surprised if some of those movies only exist because he wanted to do them. Edge of Tomorrow and Minority Report are 2 of my favorite movies ever.

@kalle kanin Cruise outshines many of the Academy actors in his movies. Collateral, Born On the 4th of July, Interview with the Vampire, Rain Man, Magnolia, Last Samurai, Tropic Thunder, Eyes Wide Shut, The color of Money etc. He has an extremely varied filmography, and has proven himself many times. Tom has never received much recognition due to his good looks. People didn't take him seriously, nor did the Academy. He was completely overlooked in Rain Man, because Dustin Hoffman played a disabled person, and was totally robbed when he got nominated for Born On the 4th of July.

Tom Cruise is the definition of a class act. Always interesting and thoughtful in his interviews, and even in his "old" days, he is still the biggest and only true moviestar in the world. The tenacity and drive this man has shown, to this day, is freaking mind blowing!

Dear Tom, I'm from Perth Australia, I have autism and I'm a huge fan of your action, comedy and drama when I started watching Mission Impossible from 1 to 6, including Top Gun, Jerry Maguire, Jack Reacher and Edge of Tomorrow. I been looking up to you since I was 19 and now 27. I love your stunts, your running, your best fancy suits and cars. You started coming from a kid to a man since the beginning of your acting career. In the beginning of this year January, I got very sick with a cold and I was coughing non stop, been to the doctors for my medicine and had my blood to check if I didn't have pneumonia, also checked if I had a fatty liver and the results were fine. I got much better In the end of January, took some Replacement Shakes instead of normal breakfast or lunch, I tried avoiding junk for months and started going back to CrossFit Fitness so I get my life back on track. Your movies changed my life around, you're movies made me wanna run and I thank you for that. One day I wanna meet you, have a chat and get a photo together. The parallel to artists like Buster Keaton is absolutely perfect. The fact that we know that it's them doing those things raise the stakes. It may not be stakes in the plot of the films, and even though we know that he's fine because the movie came out, we still feel that "Oh, crap, is he gonna make it?" feeling in our stomachs as Tom leaps towards the next death-defying stunt.

Everyone keeps going on about what a great stuntman he is that we seem to forget what a great actor he is and what a good feel he has for making fantastic movies with interesting stories and characters. He's not making dumb action movies, he's making awesome movies that have amazing stunts and action in them. After we say goodbye to Ethan Hunt and Maverick I hope he makes more character based films like he did in the 90s and 2000s.

MI became one of my favorit movie series, last three were just incredible. What I can't wait to see is Edge of Tomorrow 2, it better be good cause first one was simply mind blowing, watched it probaby 6-7 times already and will watch some more, every time you notice more and more details.

Any time I watch him in interviews I can't help but notice he's always squirming because of it. like when he adjusts at 3:09 i can only sense that he is concerned at being lower than Conan. Why not just have these 2 literally just stand next to each other on camera? it'll never happen. same thing with fallon, they make him look like a midget and im sure its contractually obligated to make sure he looks as tall or big as possible. it's really sad. He is a cool dude though, no doubt. I just wish he'd just flat out own up to his stature.

Tom Cruise is an incredibly weird guy, but I have to say I respect that he respects the craft of movie making with practical special effects and stunts instead of relying so heavily on CGI. He's the last of a dying breed of actors.

It's just simple man; he loves what he does, he loves the challenges, he loves creating worlds, it's always been his dream and goal, and he gets paid to do it to make a living. Two mission impossible films means a crazy problem, crazy villian(s), and a must have sequel where it can't be told in just one movie is something to be excited about.

I just want him to appear in a good movie that’s not a sequel. He’s already in two MI movies and Edge of Tomorrow 2. His busy filming schedule is the reason why the sequel to Interview with the Vampire never happened back then. Would’ve loved Vampire Lestat to be adapted...
