I agree. The righteous church with respect is not to isolate one person from his or her families. My daughter and I always close together in going to school. Wow, bless you, I know that was hard. My former husband was adopted at 6 days old. Even when he was a little child, they would teach him about adoption using his toys, & how he could adopt them. His parents never made any difference in him & his younger brothers, which his mother was able to have in the next 2-3 years. When he was in 1st or 2nd grade, some kids started making fun of him being adopted. The teacher sent him out of the room for a bit, to get something for her. She then told the class how special adoption is, and how much his parents loved him to want to bring him into their family, etc. When he got back to the class, they were saying, "I want to be adopted!" It is best to tell them, no doubt.

When you are in scientology you cannot have contact with someone who doesn't believe the scientology thing, even if it is your child. that's why Nicole doesn't see her children anymore. The two children with Tom are deep down in Scientology so she can't even be there when they marry.

Sadly, Nicole didn’t know what the future held. If she did, she would have done exactly what Katie did and plan her escape from him. Katie had to leave with Suri through an underground support system or she would have suffered the same fate as Nicole. Nicole lost her children to that cult and the sick man we know asTom Cruise. You can bet she fought to keep them, but he had too much money and power. Glad Nicole and Katie escaped. Both are obviously strong women to have made the decision to leave. Unfortunately Nicole didn’t know she would lose her kids, but Katie learned from Nicole’s situation. You can bet they were talking and Nicole played a part in Katie’s escape. In his social circle, adoption might be more common, and it might be totally normal for kids to be of a different race than their parents and no one talks about the elephant in the room.
