@@ylette I mean but even by art's standards Freddy Got Fingered is just perpetually misunderstood. It's only in recent years kind of come to light more or less what his real intention in making this movie was, but basically he was the hot comedy product at the time (early 2000's) and the suits were like "The kids love you, we don't know why, so uhhhh fuck it here's $1 million, go make a movie -- you can do whatever you want" so Tom Green is like "Anything, eh?"
Tom Green inspired Jackass, Eric Andre, the Joe Rogan Podcast, countless others. This guy was a trailblazer! His stage presence here almost reminds me of Robin Williams.
i was delighted when he moved to the side couch and Andy wasn't there.....I absolutely loved the years when Conan was on his own, that was the show at its best when it was just Conan riffing off Max, the band, and his own wackiness
He decided to wear a suit..................that matched the studio furniture......that`s fucking dedication for ya. He`s an unsong genius, if there ever was one.
My friends big brother got the movie on DVD. After my friend showed the movie, i literally digged the movie from somewhere and watched it on daily basis. 🤣
Freddy Got Fingered is a work of genius. Literally the whole movie is quotable. As with most stuff Tom Green does it was way ahead of its time and people weren’t ready
I Fuck’n loved watching everything Tom Green as a kid, he was so much fun to watch. I’m sure he’s still funny but his show & all those random skits he did was so great. Side note: I also snuck into movie theaters around that time of 01’, 02’, 03’, maybe it was b/c of him.🤔
Iv done acid more times then I can count. Lol I remember one time waking up in the morning still high because I basically just rolled around in the bed all night and picked a bunch of slivers of paper out of a molar cavity. I must have picked 10 or more. So hurtin lol.
Tom Green had the best show ever, im still sad i cant seem to find all his episodes! the mtv show is quite easy to find (although incomplete) but he already had his show for years before that! on Rogers Television 22 and on The Comedy Network (5 years of show before MTV picked it up!) i would pay good money to get the full collection....
Well I can probably get you almost everything he's done if I ask his parents to let me make copies. I haven't seen Tom in a couple years but I still know and see his parents every now and again.
@@TheOfficialDaBoogaloo For real? you could arrange something with Tom, maybe he would be into sharing all the copies and converting them to digital, then uploading it to some place where one can only download them for money, well, or ofcourse for free would be better but i doubt anyone would do this work for free ^^
@Christopher Marlowe yeah thats what i thought too! but alas... all i ever found was the (nearly) full mtv show, and a few random episodes of before MTV, but the latter were so badly labeled i had no idea from what season or even which channel they were!
I've literally never seen this clip in my life and I sad camouflage the same second Tom did. I don't know what that says about me, but I like to think it says that I get it.
It's weird... these are two of my all-time favorite comedians in the same room, but they really don't mesh well. There certainly is something to chemistry in humor.
It's a Wonder that #TomGreen never got a children's show. He's a billion times more enjoyable than blue's clues, Pee-wee's playhouse, Dr science, double Dare .. all of that, to the billionth power, raised again to the trillionth power.
