Honestly I feel she had someone watching the interview from home, call her and tell her where to stand (I'm assuming the windows are privacy windows, where you can see out from within the building, but those outside cannot see in) everytime the camera is on Charlie Cox she gets a little nervous and shuffles on her feet and touches her phone. I think that whoever is on the phone is telling her everytime she is on camera.

It's hardly spoilers when talking about a work that has been out for long and with book n everythig. That's like saying noone can talk in depth about anything, since someone two years down the road could want to watch/read it spoiler free X'D But you can avoid spoilers by not watching interviews about productions till after you've seen them, if you personally prefer to enjoy things with a fresh and unbiased first impression. That's what I do when I want to watch sth. sometime :3

Kind of is, since we live in a world where the beauty of women is frequently taking priority in terms of attention WHILE intellectual conversation and all is happening. Ways out: At least mention the beauty (!!!) of a man in the room, too. Better: Speak on topic and only dedicate a tiny side sentence to the visual appeal of a person (aka not always the women) Even better: It's just how they look. At least praise an action or choice or skill that they have agency over, or just stick to expressing your own feelings like "...and it's a delight for me to get to see XYZ and spend some time on the intriguing conversation" It's not that hard to avoid sexism, actually. It's just that people too frequently point it out without giving actual practical advice on the "how to". Hoping to support you in feeling more secure and comfortable to express yourself or even give praise to external expressions of people. :3 More power to you!
