Yeah, for those of us who have had Staffs, we've learnt real quick that our furniture is no longer ours, but has to be shared, constantly. They never want to be away from your side. No matter how small the space is they will squeeze into it.
Tom Holland also visits children who are hospitalized during the holidays because it sucks for kids to have to spend a holiday like Christmas or Easter in the hospital.
I was absolutely heartbroken to hear that sweet, beautiful Tessa crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this month. Just like my Blue Staffy, she was just shy of her 10th birthday. It's so unfair that dogs don't get a longer lifespan.
the fact he adopted a staffy makes me so happy. he knew she would be an angel and he trusted her and gave tessa a chance and proved ppl wrong about them. they r so cute together. Tom brings her everywhere and it’s so cute he cares sm!💕
I highly doubt he adopted her. A purebred blue English Staffordshire bull terrier like Tessa is quite a sought after breed in the UK. He had her since she was a pup, so I can assume she was from a registered reputable breeder. Nothing wrong with that too. The English Staffie is the funniest, silliest, most loving, friendliest dog I have ever had.
I swear, the way Tom calls Tessa "Darling" is just so sweet. Like, I need a *full ten minute compilation* (At least) of Tom calling Tessa "Darling". Can somebody deliver please? I swear I'll die happy with just that because my heart will literally explode from cuteness.
That sounds like a lovely thing and I would love for that to happen but that role is already taken by Tessa because Tessa is best dog 🐶 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍💋💋
I love how when he’s like WHERES MAISY?! this tiny little dot comes flying towards him at high speed out of literally nowhere. I was sitting here trying to figure out what Maisy was rip the whole thing just looks so comical pmsl
I feel most the time the dogs that are considered dangerous are actually the friendliest. For example I grew up with a family rottweiler who was just the sweetest thing, and it really shows you never to judge a book by its cover xx
While I agree that the quote "it's not the dog it's the owner", most people think that it only applies to the ones who beat their dogs. However it applies to the ones who praise their dogs for everything, even the bad behaviour. That creates a bad dog too because they don't know that biting is bad. I feel like pit bull types should only be allowed to be owned by experienced dog owners. Tom seems like a great dog owner though and I absolutely love her. I have an amstaff myself, and he is the love of my life.

@@marthbotke5598 fun fact: in England, staffies (staffordshire bull terriers) were used as fighting dogs, the owners of said dogs wanted to be able to put their hands in the ring and break up the dogs without being bitten, due to this if any staffie showed aggression towards a human rather than an animal, they were put down. This was to selectively breed the agression towards humans out of them, while keeping the aggression towards animals
@@Lunalla No she's not a pitbull and you should only call American Pitbull Terriers "pitbull" it shouldn't be a blanket term at all. Especially in the UK, calling someone's dog a pitbull can cause their dog to be seized and put down. Mislabelling causes negative statistics to rise.
Sherlock Ash well yeah I see, but over here in America is a genera term and we don’t have shit laws banning “bully breeds” because of what they’re capable of
Tessa is so well behaved. When I take my puppy(Daisy)out for a walk: Daisy- Starts running * Me- Hey! Wait! Daisy- Looks at me but continues running Me- Goes after her* Daisy- Runs faster*
Same with my dog lol, they think it's a game, if it helps, get ur dog's attention and run away from them(making sure they watch u), they will switch roles and come after u since they think it's a game XD
OMG IM CRY- 😭😭 really appreciate how Tom shows that pitbulls are not dangerous breeds cause there is such a misconception about them, it warms my heart :’)
@@wonwoomeowmeow Again. She's a Staffy, not a pitbull. If she were an American pitbull terrier or even thought to be one, as Tom lives in England, unless she is purebred with papers, she would either be seized and euthanized or pass behavioural tests then muzzled in public, as that is the law. Hence why its bad for her own safety for people to label her as one in this country when she is notm
@@willowandluna ahh i see, sorry for the misunderstanding!! there's always confusion with dogs typically under the pitbull name that people associate with the breed so i get it mixed up sometimes!! its my dream to own one too but they are illegal in my country too :(
All I needed to do was watch homecoming and I fell in LOVE with Tom. Like not love love like I want to date him lol no. But I like what he does and I think he is the best actor.
It's absolutely wonderful to see a big name actor like Tom Holland represent Staffies like this. I have one myself and she is such a lovely dog, the whole family adores her! His Staff reminds me so much of my own 😂
Thank you for sharing Tessa and showing that Staffies are sweet, loyal, and extremely smart. It's humans that cause problems. Not the dog...no matter the breed
@@katebennett7999 I have a blue English Staffy too. The answer is, yes and no. They are not pit bull when referring to breed, BUT they fall under Pit bulls as a group of breeds. Can be confusing, but you can read up their history on AKC.
