I’m 72 and am still listening to this beautiful voice ‼️‼️‼️I was a teenager when Tom Jones started singing and I would dance all around the house listening to him. Agreed, Tom Jones' voice is remarkable and I have never heard anyone else that can belt out a song like he can. Sometimes when I have tried to sing along with a Tom Jones song I'm okay until about a third through and then he takes it to another level and just leaves me in his dust. 😂

Yes I am 69 years old at the time of this comment. Tom Jones rates an 11 out of 10 with me. Unlike all of the so called 'superstars' of today who don't even rate on any scale. That is why we still listen to Tom some 50 years after he released his hits and I'm sure no-one will be listening to today's rubbish 50 years from now !!! Just sayin'.

Hello amazing fan. It has come to my notice that some of my fans thinks I was the person who died. Late jones was The one who conceived the twist on Romeo and Juliet with composer John Donald Robb. He died 11th August, of cancer in his home in Sharon. I’m still alive and much healthy. Thanks dear fan.

March 2024. I'm 65 this year, I've grown up listening to Tom Jones, I probably even watched this performance the first time round. Tom's generation of singers were truly exceptional, they had it all, talent, charisma (Tom still does), they didn't need gimmicks, auto tuning, they worked the clubs, the shows, nothing was handed to them on a plate. . Tom sang with his whole body.....we will never see his like again in today's performers.

My mam met Tom Jones in the 60s when she worked in a nightclub. She got his autograph and a photo, they're hanging on the wall. She passed away last year and it's a happy memory as much today as it was then 💕

30 years old here and saw Tom live yesterday in Abu Dhabi. What an amazing voice! I remember dancing in the kitchen with my mom listing to Tom Jones. The 60s happened, from 1964 on. Blue jeans and army shirts. Bell bottoms and tie die t- shirts. Today we would call similar shirts people buy 'denim' shirts but they weren't denim back then. Not denim now either, but a light blue shirt with front pockets.

*Fun fact: when Tom Jones came to my hometown on tour, my grandmother was young then and rushed the stage. Security caught her, and instead of kicking her out, Tom Jones signed an autograph for her and was super nice. She still has the signed picture decades later. I love Tom’s voice and he’s still got it now he’s in his 80s. No auto tune just a wonderful soulful voice. He was a fine looking man too ❤️

When I 1st heard this song,I just didn't want it to end! I play it once a day or night. His voice is like no one else's. It's chilling. His voice is so powerfun on 1 of the videos he starts singing the song without a microphone. And it didn matter. Of course I will always love no matter what. So glad you enjoyed, .. Maria Barbieri

I received an early birthday present this year: I got to see Tom Jones in Nashville, TN. While he doesn't sing like this anymore, his voice still gives the listener a fine gift. Yes, he is 83, but still possesses great phrasing, tone, and emotional delivery. Tom Jones can STILL hold and audience really sing.

I'm 68 but this 70s compilation has made me feel like a 20 year old again! I can't help but bop around to the beat! So many of these songs take me back to particular places and the people I was with at that time. Better than any blood pressure pills or statins!

It's amazing how songs can transport us to another place and time. They bring back memories. A day when you heard a song years ago and all of a sudden you can see that blue sky you saw that day, you see that beautiful woman again as she was 40 years ago, you smell those leaves burning in the backyard... music is amazing and the best singers bring those memories back.
