Tom Jones, Sr., 80, of Boston, GA, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2020 at Camellia Gardens of Life Care. Graveside Services will be held at Rosewood Cemetery in Barwick, GA on Thursday, April 9th, 2020 at 11:00 am with Pastor Gary Holland officiating. Mr. Jones was born on December 1, 1939 to the late Leroy Jones & Edith Reeves Jones in Thomasville. He married Betty Jane Pope Jones on January 15, 1960 in Donalsonville, GA, who survives. He was a member of the U.S. Army and worked as a Car Salesman for Spence Oldsmobile & Faulk Chevrolet and was also a former Deputy at Thomas County Sheriff's Dept. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Survivors include, his wife, Betty Jones of Boston, GA, children, Tom Jones, Jr. (Rebecca), Darin Jones and Cindy Shepherd (Morgan), grandchildren, Olivia Jones, Thomas Jones and Stacey Merritt, great-grandchildren, Ella Rae Jones and Abigail Merritt.
