This might be considered a spoiler, but here's how to level up your enchanting game: Bookshelves: Sugarcane to paper, paper and leather to books, books and planks to bookcases. Bookcases around the enchanting table (leave a one-block gap or it won't help) for higher-level enchantments. Also getting up to level 30 is key for the best enchantments. The zombie spawner you found can help with that :) hopefully this isn't too spoilery

For treasure finding:Chose a direction starting from the ship,the dot on the map is you,if you are closer the dot gets bigger,good luck!

USEFUL tip about compasses and maps if you want: . . . . . . . . . . . . A compass doesnt point north, it points to your world spawn. A map is in the proper orientation to follow it using the sun. So your dot was in the bottom right, so you need to head northwest. the closer you are to the area, the bigger your dot will be. Always use the sun for direction, sets in west, rise in east.

watching your mouse pass right over diamonds without seeing them definitely gave me some pain, keep that close eye out!!!

A tip to help with the map: The white dot is you and the top of the map is north. Your compass wont be much help though because it points to the world spawn which is helpful for making it home but not finding north. Your best bet to find north will be looking at where the sun rises and sets.

Tilling with a shovel makes it a "path" all it really is, is decoration

To see where you are compared to the start amazes me, especially with little to no help. When I started playing I was “taught” by RU-vidrs and seeing this gives me nostalgia

There are no miner helmets in Minecraft, but there are mods for it.

Nothing too spoilery here imo: On the treasure map, that white dot in the corner is you, if it looks like a dot, it means you are "off the map" or not in the land that the map is showing. This can be the same as the regular locator map, where the white dot is you if you are off the map. if you are on the map, your white dot will look a little more like an arrow. Typically, when u find a treasure map, i think the treasure will be close to the area where you found the map, not too close that it would be easy, but close enough so that you can try to hunt the treasure as soon as u get the map

Since you've already found the respiration enchantment, it's not really a spoiler to let you know that it can be placed on any helmet

I'm liking the long videos, I feel that Minecraft can work in both long and short styles. Also who needs a compass to navigate a map when you have the sun to point your direction 😎

You don't really need to get stronger as you level up. You can already carry hundreds or thousands of tons of stone blocks and whatnot in your pockets and quickly regenerate all your health after a good meal, or even a snack. You just need to learn to do critical hits with your attacks.

About too many monster in caves. It's not always a spawner. Spoiler below. When it's dark in a cave monsters spawn like it's night time above ground. So not picking your torches unless you plan to leave or block off the area might help. I usually block hallways with stone or dirt when I think there is nothing left in that particular way.

9:37 You missed some diamonds by the other diamonds that you almost missed. 27:12 You missed an amethyst geode (don't worry, you couldn't have known smooth basalt was for that).

Nice that leather cap in the sunken ship was respiration 2 so better than the one you enchanted. Even more swimmy time epic.

Man, that cave was full of diamonds... Maybe I'm playing the game wrong by just mining them.

I think this series is an excellent use of hard drive space :)

To successfully enchant, the enchantment table needs to be placed in the middle of an arrangement of another type of block. I’m really unsure if there is any place in the game that actually teaches you how that works. Looking up the “enchanting” wiki page shouldn’t spoil too much i don’t think but up to you!!

The ender pearls that the endermen drop are important for beating the game, but you need something else as well. Hint: Something only found in the Nether Fortress
