Adam was already rapping before em blew up. Him and Mesus where a group in their early twenties and actually had an album that was being shopped to major labels. This track is hard AF! The whole album bangs tbh! Nova stole the show on this one tho!

I don’t think Adam was dissing Eminem!! He just wasn’t one who really looked up to Him He’s from Chicago so all the Old School Rappers like the One’s He named was more of his cup of tea!! Now Tom looks up to Eminem a whole lot plus other rappers like Adam said, but he also like I said Eminem was a huge inspiration to Tom!! They all looked up to different rappers Who helped shaped them who they’re today!! Nova though She’s a Beast and slayed this track when She was younger She would try to rap with the guys and they wouldn’t let her so Tom and Nova met by Her giving him his first gig then they stayed friends for years then they was both living in L.A. and became more than friends then Nova got signed to Deff Jam and then dropped because they was trying to change the style She was from day one and that’s when they dropped her and She had to wait until the contract was up to do her album witch was very successful and ever since Nova, Tom, Adam, Dax, ManChild Etc. all fully independent has took over the rap real rap not these ones who say dumb stuff and think it’s good these are some of the best rappers out there!! He didn't diss EM....Adam said he was influenced by the rappers he named and was already rapping before Em came out. Em may have broken the glass ceiling for white rappers, but Adam was in love with rap and hip hop before Eminem ever blew up.

I think Tom is completely ape-ing Eminem, and it seems fake, when they name other rappers, they are just saying a few famous names.
