I'm chronic paranoid schizophrenic...I don't know if it's anything like ptsd but mental health is not something to lay with, in my opinion I think tom needs to take a little break and just spend time with the loved ones he's been working so hard to help, sometimes the best thing you can give your loved ones is just a little time. Everybody handling something mental. Some won’t talk about not meaning their scared of it but in some cases there just waiting on the days to tick away. They already have a plan but are waiting on a day that might not ever come. Yes prayers helps. But sometimes it just a focus on goal.

True, God is the only one who can rid your depression, if you would only ask, however it's not like a magic pill, you need to make an effort to get up from whatever pulls you down, whether that be lack of purpose, letting hate comments get to you, something your addicted to, a bad experience you won't let go of, ect. That empty feeling that is Lack of purpose is almost always caused by knowing what is right to do and not doing it for so long that you forget what it was, but you feel purpose less knowing you don't plan to accomplish it, Whether that is to forgive someone you hurt, or you aren't fulfilling the great commission, By the way, I should mention here that when people hear "the great commission" they think of men turning solely pastors or missionary's, but that isn't what that means, it means be a witness in your daily actions and words ect and not just that, but actively talking to people about Christ when there is a appropriate moment in a conversation say on a bus, with your co workers, a stranger you are helping with something, an Uber, at the checkout, a group you meet with, please don't just take my word for it though, read your Bible, if you don't have one I suggest using the website Bible gateway and setting it to KJV (King James version) or the Geneva one, I believe those two are the most accurate translations, or watch amazing facts, website works best typically, they just did a awesome end times series to dispell the many myths about it by Doug bachelor who had a, interesting life and tried most religions to try to fulfill his depression and unease, also they have a great series by Joe crews called creeping compromise. He releases songs at a specific time in the week to look good to the Billboard, but once that week is over and the shock value wears off, no one listens to the song again in that same volume , his views show that. My issue with Tom from the beginning is he raps about the same stuff every song. I’m curious how long he can keep this up. Most signed artists create an album once everyone 5 or so years if not longer. Same message every time. Same lines every time. If he took off a year off he would be broke and only his die hard fans would remember, and they aren’t enough to pay the bills

@@DocRinger10 i think you and i both know that signing a deal comes at a price too because unless you have a Dr Dre and Eminem like friendship which is really rare signing a deal is a good majority of the time isn't worth it because they'd want you to do the whole lean thing and that WILL be doing the same thing over and over and over yes he does rap about the same stuff quite a bit but it's rare to see anyone do that that's the difference and he almost always drops his songs on Friday with this and maybe a couple others being the exception and yeah taking a break for a year isn't wise but we're saying for him to take a little break to clear his head so he can comeback and make more music

There are many of us, Sarah, and the help available is typically so pathetic as to be insulting. Like Tom, I had a breakdown. Didn't struggle with drugs, but fight with food for years, and let it beat me after my girl died. Even before all that, I'd wanted to die every day of my life that I remember, until not long ago. I found Tom as I finished my climb out of my own personal hell. I found him when I was starting to slip, and he helped keep me from falling again. When things get bad in my head, his songs help me find my way back. I don't fixate on suicide anymore, I'm mostly ok, in fact. After decades of being off the rails. Tom MacDonald and the Hangover Gang give me hope for humanity. There is more I could say, but I'm already sounding gay for him, so I'm gonna stop. 😂😂😂 I do wish I could help Tom the way he's helped so many people.
