Been there a few times , do something and things happen to push you back everytime, so frustrating and when you have nothing left and you lose hope. you fall into sloth and in the end feel like nothing matters anymore, you no longer care. Everybody needs hope and whats being taught now is crushing hope because of constraints and lack of regard for others. Support structures removed from everyday life in family and community, religions under attack. I feel we are at a crossroads as to whether humanity will survive or fall and without hope there is no choices to think of as any idea seems worthless. Just like pandora's box, keeping hope alive, as there is a way, we just have to choose it no matter how frightening the journey may seem.

This video is hard for me to watch. 2 years after my husband died my nephew shot and killed himself because he couldn't take life anymore. I am so sad I feel lime I can die often. Please people that feel this way get help. Dont leave your family or your friends. 😢 Please ask God for help and he will help just don't give up. Please😢❤
